According to the regulations on the administration of meeting criminals (for Trial Implementation)
Article 13 The interview room shall be provided with transparent partition walls, with corresponding telephones installed on both sides and sufficient fixed tables and chairs. Warning signs such as "All your calls will be monitored and recorded" should be posted in a prominent position.
Fourteenth family meeting rooms should be equipped with fixed and relatively isolated conference tables, and each conference table should be equipped with four fixed chairs. Audio-visual probes covering every corner should be installed in the family meeting room, and fixed seats for monitoring the police should be left near each conference table.
Fifteenth family restaurants should be equipped with a dining table similar to the family meeting table, and restaurants must be equipped with toilets and hot water supply facilities.
Sixteenth family rooms should be safe and secure, easy to manage, with alarm devices and complete living facilities. Household appliances should be all plastic as far as possible, and there should be no sharp and blunt objects and climbing objects. The police duty room must be located in the family cohabitation area.
Article 17 The search and inspection room shall be used for family gatherings, meals and cohabitation of criminals, and the places where the police search criminals and check their property shall be equipped with necessary inspection equipment.
Article 22 Criminals under any of the following circumstances are not allowed to meet:
( 1)? Being under quarantine inspection;
(2)? During confinement;
(3)? Strictly control the training cycle;
(4)? Being warned, given a demerit for three months or confined for six months;
(5)? Carrying or hiding contraband during the interview, within six months after verification.
Article 31? Criminals can accept the following items when meeting:
Underwear, underwear, sweaters, quilts and shoes (except leather shoes);
(2) Books, newspapers and school supplies with healthy contents;
(3) Articles suitable for cultural and sports activities in prisons;
(4) Drugs purchased with the consent of prison hospitals or health centers.
The above-mentioned articles brought by the interviewer to the criminal must be checked and confirmed by the police in the interview room, and then directly handed over to the criminal by the police (drugs must be identified by doctors in hospitals or health clinics, and then taken back by the police in the sub-prison area). Those who carry contraband in the interviewed articles shall be confiscated and dealt with appropriately according to their circumstances.
Except for the above items, other items are not allowed to be brought into the prison.
