1. In the QQ interface, click "Avatar, Settings".
2. In the settings interface, find the "Personal Information Protection Settings" option.
3. In the personal information protection setting interface, find the option of "personal information inquiry and management".
4. In the personal information query management interface, find the option of "authorization management".
5. In the authorization management interface, find the option of "Sports Information".
6. From the sports information interface, switch to the application information interface and find the "Permission" option.
7. In the QQ permission interface, find the "Healthy Exercise" option.
8. Click the "Allow" button to open the health exercise permission interface.
