Yunnan Baiyao is a famous Chinese patent medicine, enjoying the reputation of "Chinese treasure", "medicine for traumatology" and "medicine crown in southern Yunnan". It is a national geographical indication protection product and one of the famous specialties in Yunnan. Yunnan Baiyao is made of precious medicinal materials, which has the effects of removing blood stasis, stopping bleeding, promoting blood circulation and relieving pain, detoxicating and reducing swelling, so it is famous at home and abroad. 2. Wenshan Sanqi:
Wenshan Sanqi is a rare Chinese herbal medicine unique to Yunnan Province. Its main producing area is Wenshan County, Wenshan Prefecture. It has been planted for more than 400 years, and has been rated as "the hometown of Sanqi specialty in China", a national geographical indication protection product, and a famous Chinese herbal medicine specialty in Yunnan. Wenshan Sanqi, as a valuable Chinese herbal medicine, has magical effects of promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, relieving swelling and pain, and strengthening the body. It has been used for treating diseases and strengthening the body in China for nearly a hundred years, and Li Shizhen, a famous pharmacist in Ming Dynasty, called it "gold does not change". Wenshan Sanqi was selected as one of the top 100 agricultural brands in China and China.
3. Pu 'er tea:
Pu 'er tea is the most representative characteristic tea in Yunnan Province. It is the general name of all kinds of Yunnan pressed tea steamed from green tea or black tea, including Tuo tea, parallel tea, square tea and pressed tea. Mainly produced in Pu 'er tea area, Xishuangbanna tea area, Lincang tea area and Baoshan tea area. Pu 'er tea has a long history, which can be traced back to the tea-picking period of King Wu. Pu 'er tea was listed as one of the top ten famous teas in China by Jiefang Daily 1999, and was selected as the "Top Ten Business Cards in Yunnan" sponsored by Yunnan Daily in 2006. It is a resounding specialty business card in Yunnan. Another specialty of Pu 'er City is Pu 'er coffee, which is a geographical indication product of agricultural products.
4. Xuanwei ham:
Yunnan's three major cloud legs, one of the famous local specialties in Yunnan Province, are named after being produced in Xuanwei. Together with Nuodeng Ham and Heqing Round Leg, it is also called the three major hams in Yunnan, and it is as famous as Zhejiang Jinhua Ham at home and abroad. Xuanwei ham was founded in Ming Dynasty with a long history. It is characterized by its shape like a pipa, small bone, thin skin, thick meat and moderate fat. Cut into sections, with rich aroma and bright color, lean meat is bright red or rose red, fat meat is milky white, bones are slightly pink, and blood gas looks moist. Its quality is good enough to represent Yunnan ham, so it is often called "cloud leg", which is famous for its five characteristics of freshness, crispness, tenderness and fragrance. Yunnan's famous cloud legs include Nuodeng Ham, Saba Ham, Heqing Round Leg and Lijiang Sanchuan Ham.
