This is not fixed. If you say that your fast-growing period is later than others, you won't grow very tall anyway, and your parents are also the reasons. If your parents are short, it's no use eating hard ... sleep well ... exercise more ... eat calcium tablets and protein powder. Your height will not change much because of external influences.
