What is the normal girth of a girl?

Female waist circumference less than 80cm belongs to the normal range.

The ratio of height to waist circumference affects a person's health. British scientists have found that the waist circumference is half the height of the healthiest person. For women with a height of 164cm, the healthy waist circumference is half of the height, that is, 82cm, and 67cm is far less than 82cm, so it is within the normal health range.

Method of measuring waist circumference

Waist circumference (M62): The circumference passing through the horizontal circumference of the navel center or the connecting line between the lowest point of the rib and the midpoint of the top edge of the iliac crest is measured with a soft ruler and measured before inhaling at the end of expiration.

Note: The former is larger than the latter, which is what we usually call waist circumference, also called waist circumference, which is strictly defined by the International Diabetes Federation (IDF) and is similar to the minimum waist circumference. The thinnest part of male waist is slightly higher than navel, while that of female is higher.
