How can we build a healthy, orderly and harmonious cyberspace?

To promote the network rule of law, we must first realize that there are laws to follow. It is necessary to further enrich law enforcement means, improve law enforcement ability, standardize law enforcement behavior, and speed up the solution of problems such as jurisdiction, evidence collection and preservation in network law enforcement.

To promote the rule of law on the internet, we must also be based on the law-abiding of the whole people. At present, there are more than 600 million netizens, 500 million mobile phone users and millions of websites in China. Network governance according to law is not only for the broad masses of people, but also depends on the broad masses of people. To realize the rule of law requires the participation, construction and efforts of Internet administrators, website sponsors and the general public. Only by working together and firmly establishing the concept of rule of law and the spirit of self-discipline can we build a healthy, orderly and harmonious cyberspace.
