(2) Coarse grains are the staple food. After eating too much fish and meat, we might as well eat some whole grains to inject more nutrition into our bodies. Whole grains not only have a good health-preserving function, but also can detoxify, beautify and prevent dampness and evil.
(3) Eat glutinous rice porridge and yam soup. People with heavy body moisture mostly eat greasy food and lack exercise. 3, back scraping, heat dissipation and dampness
The vulnerable part is usually the upper 1/3 of the human back, that is, the shoulder and back area. Scraping the back can increase the activity of capillaries, which is more conducive to heat dissipation and dehumidification in the body.
