First, the hospital scan code registration
Android phone portal: Go to the homepage of "Healthy Tianjin" APP and click "Admission Registration" in the "Epidemic Prevention and Control" module.
Apple Mobile Portal: Go to the homepage of "Healthy Tianjin" APP, slide the small icon on the homepage to the left, and click the "Admission Registration" icon.

For the first time, you can click "Fill in Registration Information" to enter the information filling page and complete my registration information.
After adding information, you can see the card and QR code (information code) of the added person on the first page of registration information (below). Click "Add Personnel Information" to complete the addition of family registration information.
If you need to modify the registration information, you can select the person to modify, and click "Modify Registration Information" to enter the information registration page to modify and resubmit. After arriving at the hospital, show it directly to the hospital staff and complete the code scanning registration. If the staff fails to scan the code, they can click the QR code to refresh and scan again.
If family members or other people enter the hospital, they can select the personnel card on the page and switch out the corresponding QR code (information code).
Second, add family members to the hospital registration.
1. Click the "Add Family" button to enter the information filling page.
2. After entering the basic family information and flow direction information, click the "Save" button at the bottom to indicate the success of saving.
3. Back to the home page of enrollment registration, you can see the new family information. Click on the avatar to switch the QR code.
