I. Application conditions
(1) Qualification for entering the examination
In 2020, the public security colleges enrolled in our province include People's Public Security University of China, People's Police University of China, China Criminal Police College, railway police college, Nanjing Forest Police College and Gansu Police Vocational College. Candidates who apply for public security majors in public security colleges should sign up for the 2020 college entrance examination and meet the following conditions:
1. has the nationality of the people of China;
2. Support the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC);
3. Love the motherland, people, the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the socialist system;
4. Be law-abiding, honest and trustworthy, and have good moral conduct;
5. Love public security, be determined to study hard and work hard, and make contributions to safeguarding national political security and social stability;
6. Graduated from ordinary high school, participated in the 2020 college entrance examination in our province and registered in Gansu Province;
7. Age 16 years old and under 22 years old (born between September 1 and March1August 2004), unmarried;
8. Good ideological and political quality, in line with the political conditions for enrollment of public security majors in public security colleges;
9. Physical and mental health, in line with the "Standards for Physical Examination and Physical Fitness Assessment of Public Security Students in Public Security Colleges".
(two) interview, physical examination, physical fitness assessment and inspection requirements.
The recruitment interview, physical examination, physical fitness assessment and inspection in public security colleges are organized and implemented by the provincial public security department. In 2020, the enrollment plans of public security majors of People's Public Security University of China, People's Police University of China, China Criminal Police College, railway police college, Nanjing Forest Police College and Gansu Police Vocational College in our province are shown in Annex 2.
The enrollment plan for public security majors in public security colleges approved and published must be strictly implemented, and it is strictly forbidden to adjust it without authorization, and it is strictly forbidden to enroll students beyond the plan. The unfinished enrollment source plan is voluntarily accepted through public solicitation.
(2) Investigation
The inspection work arrangement is organized and implemented before the interview, physical examination and physical fitness assessment. Candidates who intend to apply for the undergraduate level of public security major in public security colleges should go to the political work department of the county (city, district) public security bureau (sub-bureau) where their household registration is located from July 12 to August 14 to receive and fill out the "Questionnaire on Public Security Major Enrollment in Public Security Colleges" (the questionnaire is available from July 12 to August) In duplicate) Each police station shall, in strict accordance with the contents and requirements of the Questionnaire on Enrollment of Public Security Majors in Public Security Colleges, comprehensively inspect the political quality and moral conduct of candidates and family members through online verification, file review, interview and investigation. The public security organ at the county level shall make an audit opinion according to the investigation opinions of the police station. The auditor and the person in charge sign the questionnaire, affix the official seal of the unit and seal it, and then give it to the candidate himself. Candidates are not allowed to open the questionnaire without permission. Candidates will submit the packaged questionnaire to the on-site staff when participating in the interview, physical examination and physical fitness assessment. (3) Voluntary reporting
Candidates who apply for the public security major in public security colleges are arranged to fill in their volunteers at the first time: from 20: 00 on July 25th to 20: 00 on July 27th, the sequential volunteer mode of "1+ 1" is adopted, that is, candidates fill in 1 first volunteer and 1 second volunteer. Undergraduate colleges fill in paragraph A volunteers in advance, while higher vocational colleges fill in paragraph P volunteers in advance. For colleges and universities that have not completed the enrollment plan, they will openly solicit volunteers 1 time, and still adopt the sequential volunteer mode of "1+ 1". After the completion of voluntary reporting, the Provincial Education Examinations Institute shall, in principle, provide the provincial public security department with a list of Gansu household registration candidates who participated in the interview, physical examination, physical fitness assessment and inspection in accordance with the order of candidates' voluntary reporting and college entrance examination scores from high to low, according to the ratio of not less than the enrollment plan 1: 3.
(4) Interview, physical examination and physical fitness assessment
In 2020, the interview, physical examination and physical fitness assessment of public security majors in public security colleges were conducted in Weijiazhuang Campus of Gansu Police Vocational College (near Gaolan County of National Highway 109), among which the People's Public Security University of China, People's Police University of China, Criminal Police College of China and Nanjing Forest Police College were conducted from July 25th to 28th. Gansu Police Vocational College was held from August 15 to August 19. Candidates who fail to pass the interview, physical examination, physical fitness assessment or inspection conclusion shall not be admitted to the public security major of public security colleges.
Candidates applying for public security major in public security colleges must hold their ID card, household registration book, admission ticket, three recent 1 inch bareheaded photos, interview form for public security major in public security colleges, physical examination form for public security major in public security colleges (printed on the front and back), physical examination form for public security major in public security colleges, and sealed questionnaire for public security major in public security colleges to participate in interviews, physical examinations and inspections at the specified time and place. Candidates' medical examination expenses are self-care.

Candidates who have passed the interview, physical examination, physical fitness assessment and inspection conclusion will be announced to the public in time by the Provincial Public Security Department through the portal website (/). The list of qualified candidates in ordinary undergraduate public security colleges shall be submitted to the Provincial Education Examinations Institute before August 5; The list of qualified candidates of Gansu Police Vocational College shall be submitted to the Provincial Education Examinations Institute before September 5. Requirements for submitting the list of qualified candidates: the paper list needs to be stamped with the official seal of the company, and the database includes the candidate number, name, ID number, qualified mark, etc. (See Annex 3 for the format). (6) Admission
Candidates who apply for public security majors (except public security, drug control and police dog technology) in People's Public Security University of China, People's Police University of China and China Criminal Police College must reach the first batch of admission control scores for undergraduate enrollment in Gansu Province in 2020; Candidates who apply for public security, drug control, police dog technology, railway police college undergraduate public security and Nanjing Forest Police College must reach the second batch of admission control scores for undergraduate enrollment in Gansu Province in 2020; Candidates who apply for Gansu Police Vocational College must reach the batch reference line of higher vocational colleges (specialties) in Gansu Province in 2020.
On the basis of interview, physical fitness assessment, physical examination and investigation, candidates are selected according to the proportion of 120%.
The undergraduate enrollment of public security majors in public security colleges is arranged in paragraph A in advance, and the enrollment of higher vocational colleges (specialties) is arranged in paragraph P. The enrollment of special plans for poverty-stricken areas in public security colleges is implemented in accordance with the Notice of Gansu Provincial College Admissions Committee on Doing a Good Job in Recruiting Students from Rural and Poverty-stricken Areas in 2020 (Gan Zhao Wei Fa [2020] No.7).
The enrollment of children of police heroes and heroes shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant documents of the General Office of the Ministry of Public Security and the General Office of the Ministry of Education.

According to the deployment requirements of the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Education, the Provincial Public Security Department is responsible for the enrollment of public security colleges in Gansu under the leadership of the Provincial College Admissions Committee; The Political Department of the Provincial Public Security Department will set up special classes with discipline inspection and supervision institutions, supervision and auditing departments, other relevant police types and relevant public security colleges, and carry out specific enrollment work in strict accordance with regulations.

(3) Improve the supervision mechanism
Units and departments involved in enrollment should improve the enrollment supervision and restriction mechanism, strictly implement the "six no" and "thirty no" enrollment bans of the Ministry of Education in accordance with the requirements of the "Sunshine Project" for college enrollment, implement the enrollment information disclosure system, standardize the disclosure procedures and contents, and take the initiative to accept the supervision of candidates, parents and society. It is necessary to firmly establish safety awareness, compact safety responsibilities, improve emergency plans, and ensure the safety of personnel, field equipment and data information as a whole. We should strengthen public opinion monitoring's judgment and response, strengthen the guidance of public opinion, and actively create a good enrollment environment. Those who engage in malpractices for personal gain, resort to deceit, or have an impact due to perfunctory and irresponsible work should be seriously investigated according to discipline and regulations; Those suspected of violating the law and committing crimes shall be transferred to judicial organs for handling according to law.
(4) Implementing epidemic prevention and control.
According to the relevant requirements of epidemic prevention and control work, candidates who participate in interview, physical examination and physical fitness assessment need to apply for the "health code" of the day. "Health Code" is a green code, and the health status is normal. Candidates with normal body temperature after on-site measurement can participate in interviews, physical examinations and physical fitness assessments. The "health code" is not a green code, and candidates who have lived in domestic epidemic areas or countries (borders) within/0/4 days before the exam but have no symptoms such as fever (underarm temperature above 37.3℃), dry cough, fatigue and sore throat (hereinafter referred to as related symptoms). , candidates with negative nucleic acid test (or positive serum-specific IgG antibody test in the past) and "health code" but not green code must be provided within 7 days before the test, and candidates who have lived in domestic epidemic areas or high-risk areas or countries (borders) within 14 days before the test and have related symptoms must be diagnosed and treated in designated hospitals in our province, and can participate in interviews. Only provide negative proof materials for nucleic acid test twice within 7 days before the test (with an interval of more than 24 hours) for physical examination and examination. Candidates with green "health code" but related symptoms should take the initiative to go to the designated hospital for testing and investigation.
Previously confirmed cases, asymptomatic infected persons and close contacts in COVID-19 should take the initiative to report to the leading group for enrollment work of Gansu Provincial Public Security Department. In addition to providing negative proof of nucleic acid test within 7 days before the exam, you must also provide proof that there is no abnormality in lung imaging examination before you can participate in the interview, physical examination and physical fitness assessment.
COVID-19 confirmed cases, suspected cases or asymptomatic infected persons who are still in isolation treatment period, and close contacts who are in centralized isolation period are not allowed to participate in interviews, physical examinations and physical fitness assessments.
