(1) It is necessary to strictly implement the Regulations on Fire Control in People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Basic Measures for Fire Prevention in Construction Sites of the Ministry of Public Security. Strengthen the leadership of fire control work, establish voluntary fire control organizations, set up firefighters on site, educate employees who enter the site on fire control knowledge, and establish a safe fire use system.
(2) The site shall be divided into hot work area, inflammable and explosive material area and living area, and the fire prevention distance shall be kept as required. (5) The overlay facilities, warehouses, inflammable material yards and fire places should have enough fire-fighting tools and equipment, and the fire-fighting equipment should be managed by special personnel and checked regularly.
(6) When installing and using electrical equipment, attention should be paid to the following fire prevention requirements:
1) All kinds of electrical equipment and lines are not allowed to be overloaded, and the line connectors should be firmly connected to prevent equipment and lines from overheating or short circuit. If problems are found, they should be fixed immediately.
2) In the warehouse where flammable liquids and flammable gas cylinders are stored, the lighting circuit should be protected by wearing pipes, explosion-proof lamps should be used in the warehouse, and the switch should be located outside the warehouse.
3) Wires passing through walls or wires close to combustible materials should be protected by pipes, and lamps should keep a safe distance from combustible materials.
4. Temporary buildings are not allowed to be built under high-voltage lines, and flammable materials are not allowed to be piled up.
(7) Problems that should be paid attention to when using naked flame:
1) The fire used for on-site production and living must be approved by the leader in charge of fire control, and no one is allowed to fire without authorization. When using naked flame, stay away from flammable materials and prepare fire extinguishing equipment.
2) The on-site boiler room shall be constructed of incombustible materials. Flammable materials near the top of the boiler should be isolated. Boiler room should be away from flammable materials. If the boiler room is downwind and there are flammable sites and facilities, a fire cap should be installed on the chimney.
3) Make a fire with wood, and someone should watch it at any time. Flammable fuel is not allowed for ignition. After using the fire, turn it off carefully.
4) A smoking room should be set up at the site, and smoking is strictly prohibited at the site.
5) Personnel engaged in electric welding and gas welding on site shall receive fire protection knowledge education and hold operation certificates. Before the operation, the procedures for using fire must be handled, and corresponding firewatch should be equipped. firewatch should carry fire extinguishing equipment with him, and he should not leave his post without permission during the welding process.
(8) Fire prevention requirements for on-site material stacking:
1) It is not advisable to pile too much wood, and a certain fireproof distance should be kept between piles. Wood processing waste should be cleaned up in time to prevent spontaneous combustion.
2) On-site quicklime should be stored separately, and it is not allowed to be enlarged together with flammable and combustible materials, and attention should be paid to waterproofing.
3) inflammable and explosive goods warehouse should be located in low-lying places.
(9) When using flammable materials to build a work shed at the site, the following provisions shall be observed:
1) There should be enough fire-fighting equipment at the shed, and a reservoir or bucket should be set.
2) The lamps and wires in the work shed should be insulated, and the distance between lamps and combustible materials should be kept at 30cm. When using large light bulbs, the distance should be increased, and iodine tungsten lamp lighting is not allowed in the shed.
(10) During the external decoration construction, the electrical appliances and wires used should be strictly managed to prevent short circuit and fire. When welding operations must be carried out in the flammable ceiling due to the special needs of the project, proper fire prevention measures should be agreed with the fire department before construction. In winter decoration construction, where naked fire or electric heating is used, special fire prevention measures and systems should be formulated. When using combustible coatings, attention should be paid to ventilation, and naked flames are strictly prohibited to prevent combustible gas from burning and exploding.
2. Safety measures

3. Health measures
(1) Measures to reduce environmental pollution
