There are requirements and regulations, and the construction unit also agreed. I seldom go to the site to check the performance of the contract and its promise, and I don't fully realize the most important work of safe railway construction. Construction project management can not be separated from safety in the early or late stage. This kind of thinking and practice is far from the requirements of railway construction work, and is extremely incompatible with the current safety management.
Second, safety management is lax. Subjectively, the department where the project is located manages the preliminary work of the project, the safety management is not strict enough, and the requirements for the department personnel are not high. Satisfied with the signing of the project contract, I rarely went to the site to check and implement it after the project was implemented, and I didn't know and master the construction safety situation in time. It is not feasible that the clauses on safety management in the contract are applied in a standard text. Entrusted by the planning department, the design contract was not signed in time and the design documents were not supplied in time, which affected the project implementation. The initiative of surveying and mapping work is not enough, and it depends entirely on the issuance of the planning department. Due to various reasons, the construction drawing audit cannot be carried out normally, and the joint review is used instead of the audit. The implementation of mandatory standards depends on the design of construction drawings, which is extremely unfavorable to the safety of construction projects.
Third, personal business knowledge and management level are not suitable for the safety management of construction projects. The main performance is that the rules and regulations of safety management and mandatory standards are not fully understood and mastered, and they are satisfied with their common sense when they are in charge of safety work in stations and sections. There are many macro requirements and few micro-management, and the knowledge and concept of safety management keep pace with the times, especially the safety management required by large-scale railway construction is always related to the expansion and reconstruction of existing railways and the reconstruction project with higher safety management requirements.

3. The post responsibility system has not been fully implemented, and I have not fully grasped my own business knowledge, fully understood the relevant provisions of national laws and regulations, labor contract system, and paid insufficient attention to the ideological education awareness of employees. It has always been a formality, and there is no real understanding of employees' ideological trends or targeted guidance to help them solve practical problems, which greatly limits the construction of the company's talent team and the improvement of the overall quality of employees.
