Returned from other places in Hubei Province: people coming to (returning to) Han nationality who are not in the control area determined by the Hubei Provincial Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters are required to provide negative proof of 48-hour nucleic acid test, conduct 1 nucleic acid test within 24 hours of their residence, implement 14 days of community health monitoring, and conduct 1 nucleic acid test every 7 days.
First, Wuhan City's control measures for people from outside the city to return to Wuhan
1. Implement "10 day centralized isolation +4 days home health monitoring" for people who have lived in high-risk areas in China until they leave the local area 14 days. (The isolation measures will be automatically lifted after the medium and high risk areas are lifted.)
2. Hubei identified the people who came (returned) to Hubei from key domestic areas, and implemented "10 day centralized isolation +4 days home health monitoring" until they left the local area 14 days. (After the control area is adjusted, the relevant health management measures and time will be adjusted accordingly)
3. All personnel returning from other provinces should provide negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours and do a nucleic acid test within 24 hours. On the basis of the landing of nucleic acid detection, do another nucleic acid detection on the third day.
Second, the risk area to (back to) Wuhan personnel management
1, people living in high-risk areas in the last 7 days were subjected to centralized isolation medical observation for 7 days, and nucleic acid detection was carried out on the first 1, second, third, fifth and seventh days of centralized isolation medical observation. 3. Carry out 7-day centralized isolation medical observation on people living in Huayuan Street and Fuzhuang Township, Biyang County, Zhumadian City, Henan Province from July 1 2022; For those who have lived in other areas of Biyang County, community health monitoring will be implemented for 7 days.

People from other provinces need to take the initiative to declare their health.
