Can I apply for a health certificate without a catering license and business license?
Of course. Individuals can apply for a health certificate separately, without a business license of the company. They just need to bring their ID cards and two one-inch bareheaded color photos, pay the medical examination fee at the toll booth, get the medical examination form, paste the photos (the other one is for receiving the health certificate), and fill in the basic information such as name and gender. According to the Food Safety Law, Regulations on Hygiene Management in Public Places and other laws and regulations, relevant personnel engaged in food production and management, public service, professional production of cosmetics, disposable medical and health care products, toxic and hazardous and radioactive operations, and child care institutions must hold health certificates.
