2. Entry foreign employees and on-the-job personnel: work visas with the first entry validity of 1 year or more, and relevant certification documents of the foreign exchange bureau;
3. Entry and settlement personnel: 1 year or above residence visa;
4. Material verification of overseas medical institutions: original medical certificate, X-ray film (or CD);
5. Outgoing laborers: work visa for more than one year, and documents issued by the labor service company;
6. International students: visa for more than one year, overseas school admission notice, I20 form;
7. Persons visiting relatives and settling down: visas for more than one year, invitations from destination countries and air tickets;
8. Staff on international means of transport for China citizens leaving the country: international seaman's certificate, international seaman's visa of the relevant country, and proof of the unit where they work; Those who renew their health certificates need to carry the "Crew Health Certificate" and the physical examination report;
9. China citizens who have lived abroad for more than 3 months and returned to China: the passport has the seal of the frontier defense organ and has physical symptoms;
10. Foreign language forms required by foreign countries (schools) (if necessary).

3. If the health examination is normal, issue the International Travel Health Examination Certificate and the health examination report. Notify those with abnormal health examination results to re-examine, notify those with quarantinable infectious diseases to conduct epidemiological investigation, and do not issue the International Travel Health Examination Certificate. ?
For those who only apply for vaccination, the visa staff will issue an international certificate of vaccination or preventive measures 30 minutes after vaccination. After 3 working days, if the physical examination is combined with vaccination, the voucher will be received at the consultation window to receive the international certificate of vaccination or preventive measures, the international travel health examination certificate and the health examination report.
