Article 3: The old, the young, the sick, the disabled, pregnant women and those with babies in their arms have priority to get on the bus, and other passengers should take the initiative to give up their seats for them.
Article 4: Mental patients, mentally retarded people, patients with mobility difficulties or serious diseases, preschool children, etc. You should be accompanied by a healthy adult to enter the station, and you are not allowed to take the bus without escort. Drunk, shirtless and suffering from infectious diseases that seriously threaten public health are not allowed to ride.
Article 5: Older passengers should try to avoid rush hours.
Sixth passengers should pay attention to safety after getting on the bus, consciously sit or pull the handrails, and do not extend any part of their bodies out of the car; Do not damage vehicle equipment and facilities; There shall be no acts that hinder the safety of passengers.
Article 7: When the vehicle is running, passengers are not allowed to enter the cab and other parts that hinder safety; Don't chat with the driver; Don't open and close the door yourself.
Article 8: In the carriage, passengers are not allowed to lie down, lie down, occupy or pedal their seats; Do not use uncivilized or offensive language; Don't make noise, fight, and fight; Spitting and littering are not allowed inside and outside the carriage; No smoking or eating.
Article 9: Passengers are prohibited from peddling, gambling, begging and other activities in the car; Don't distribute leaflets, advertising paper, etc.
Article 10 When a vehicle cannot continue driving for some reason, passengers should cooperate with the driver's arrangement and can transfer to the following vehicles on the same line and in the same direction for free.
Article 11 When taking a bus, passengers should take the initiative to put in coins, swipe their cards or produce valid boarding certificates; No evasion, insufficient coins, counterfeit or residual coins or fraudulent use, forgery or alteration of free travel documents; Coin-in passengers can tear up bills of the same amount according to the amount of coins they have put in, while credit card passengers are not allowed to tear up bills.
Twelfth passengers should bring their own change or change before boarding. Don't give change for more coins, and ask the passengers on the bus backwards for more coins. There is no refund after coin or credit card is inserted.
Article 13: Each passenger can lead a child under 1.2 meters (excluding) free of charge, and those who exceed 1 can buy tickets according to the number of people who exceed; Children traveling in groups buy tickets according to the actual number; Children over 1.2m (inclusive) must purchase tickets.
Article 14 Every passenger can carry luggage with a total weight not exceeding 15 kg and a total volume not exceeding 0. 1 m3 free of charge. If the total weight exceeds 0. 1 m3, a 1 one-way ticket will be purchased separately. Passengers with luggage should obey the driver's arrangement when they are crowded and must not get on the bus by force. Passengers' luggage and articles shall be properly kept by themselves, and shall not occupy seats or block passages. The fragile and easily-polluted articles carried must be wrapped well, and the carriage and other passengers shall not be polluted.
Fifteenth it is forbidden to carry super-long, super-wide, bulk goods and sharp objects by car. Articles with a total weight of more than 30 kilograms or a total volume of more than 0.2 cubic meters or a length of more than 1.8 meters are also prohibited from being carried on the bus.
Article 16: It is forbidden to carry inflammable, explosive, corrosive, toxic, radioactive and other dangerous goods and other harmful liquids aboard; Do not carry controlled knives, weapons and simulated weapons that hinder the safety and health of passengers.
Article 17: Animals such as livestock and pets (except certified guide dogs) are not allowed to ride; Don't bring inflatable balloons or dirty things on the bus.
Article 18 Passengers who cause damage to their luggage due to their own reasons shall bear the responsibility; If losses are caused to others, compensation shall be made.
Nineteenth passengers can complain to the business unit about violations of service commitments and relevant provisions of bus operation, but it shall not affect the normal operation of the bus. If there is any objection to the reply of the business unit, it may complain to the road transport management institution.
Twentieth drivers have the right to discourage and stop passengers who violate the provisions of the riding rules. If the circumstances are serious, you can refuse to provide passenger service. Those who cause personal or property losses shall bear corresponding civil liabilities; In violation of the relevant provisions of administrative punishment, the transfer of law enforcement departments according to law; If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.
