The third is to optimize the pension and orphan adoption system. The government should invest in establishing or introducing preferential policies, encourage social forces to establish special old-age care institutions for bereaved families, and solve the problem that old-age care institutions are unwilling to accept childless families. Parents whose only child is disabled or dead have their special psychological characteristics and emotional needs. Some elderly people can't stand the psychological stimulation of other elderly people who often have children to visit and refuse to stay in nursing homes. The government establishes or encourages social forces to establish special institutions for the aged, and provides conditions for this special group to provide centralized and mutual support for the aged.
