[Reprint] How to fill in the "National Student Physical Health Standard Comprehensive Evaluation Manual"
< The Manual for Comprehensive Evaluation of National Students' Physical Fitness and Health Standards (hereinafter referred to as the Manual) is a pamphlet designed to record students' physical fitness in different periods according to the National Students' Physical Fitness and Health Standards. The records are kept in the form of student files from primary school to university. The manual comprehensively and systematically records the students' body shape, body function and sports ability, and truly reflects the students' sports achievements. It will be promoted in primary and secondary schools all over the country in the future. As a manual for systematically recording and evaluating students' physique, there is a lot of work to fill in. Now I will sum up my work in filling out the manual and discuss it with the bloggers. First, the collection of students' personal information. Students' personal information includes students' basic information and home address, contact number, past medical history, etc. Both the Academic Affairs Office and the class teacher have files. When collecting students' personal information, you can file it directly and fill in the manual. However, if the physical education teacher fills in the student information of his own class, the number is too large (I have 6 classes with more than 400 people) and the workload is too heavy. The specific practice of our school is that the Academic Affairs Office will hold a meeting of all the class teachers, and the sports team leader will explain in detail how to fill in the manual, so that the class teacher can understand how to fill it out, and the class teacher will report it to the PE teachers of each class on time after filling it out. The class teacher helped fill in the manual, which saved a lot of effort for the PE teacher and made the preparation work end smoothly. Second, the testing of sports events and the filling of manuals should be true. If the result is not true, the manual will lose its proper meaning. Therefore, PE teachers should prepare measuring equipment in advance when testing sports events. My approach is: 1, physical education class, first hand out the manual to the students, and then explain the items to be tested; Students should turn directly to the page of the manual when taking the test. During the test, they have to give the manual to the PE teacher for testing, and the PE teacher will take it back after the individual sports test. 2. When filling in the test items, teachers can simplify the writing of the test items, such as "jumping" for standing long jump and "sitting" for sitting forward, so that the manual can be completed within a limited time. 3. Fill in the exam results. There are three pieces to fill in the exam content, namely, score, score and grade; The academic year content includes: reward score, academic year score and rating. When filling in the exam content, the teacher can let the sports backbone cooperate to maintain discipline, concentrate on the exam and fill out the manual by himself; After the original "grade" is filled in, the teacher should check the standard grade table, grade the grade, and find the corresponding grade to fill in the manual; After the completion of the academic year performance test, the scores of all items are graded, and then the scores are evaluated, and the students' physical education performance in the past year is divided into excellent, good, passing and failing. 4. After the manual is filled out, the PE teacher gives it to the class teacher and sends it to the students at the end of the semester, so that the students and parents can understand the students' physique. Third, filling in the manual It is suggested that filling in the manual is a systematic and tedious work, sometimes limited by equipment and venues, which brings great difficulty to testing and filling in. Physical education teachers can complete this work according to the actual situation of each school, or independently, or cooperate with physical education teachers to test and fill in the report; Physical education teachers should plan the test items well, and put the contents to be tested in each semester during the school year to avoid the conflict between equipment and venues and the heavy workload at the end of the term.
