In spring and autumn, when the indoor temperature is 15-20℃, let the children cover their hands and feet, don't stick out of the bed, only show their heads, and sleep in a supine or lateral position. When the room temperature is 20-26℃, children are allowed to put their hands outside after covering the quilt. At the turn of spring and summer, especially in hot weather, children can expose their hands and feet outside the quilt, but cover their chest and abdomen. The weight of quilts in spring and autumn should be around 1- 1.5 kg.
It is hot in summer, and the temperature is generally above 30℃. However, when the child is sleeping, he is in a quiet state, such as not covering his abdomen, easily catching a cold, or indigestion, diarrhea and other symptoms caused by gastrointestinal colds. Therefore, the abdomen should be covered with a thin towel quilt, and the towel quilt kicked by the child should be covered again in time. In summer, many parents will turn on the air conditioner for their children when they sleep. The temperature should be set at 26-28℃, and they can wear thin long-sleeved shirts and trousers. In this way, they can choose a thin towel quilt, allowing their hands and feet to be exposed, but they must cover their chest and abdomen. Some children often kick the quilt, so it is not easy for them to kick it off if they choose a long quilt.
In winter, if there is no heating in the room, let the children sleep well, and the quilt should be about 2.5 kilograms. After the child goes to bed, cover the quilt around his neck as soon as possible, fold the quilt at his feet and wrap the child in a sleeping bag.
