Five departments, including the Ministry of Education, issued Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving School Health Education in the New Era, facing up to the existing problems in this field, putting forward the educational concept of health first, taking the comprehensive improvement of students' health literacy into the quality education system as an important goal and evaluation standard of school education, deepening the reform of school health education, consolidating the guarantee of school health conditions, building a high-quality school health education system, and promoting students' physical and mental health and developing a healthy lifestyle.

In the reform of education and teaching, the five departments demand to improve students' health literacy, clarify the contents of health education, implement class requirements, expand health education channels, ensure food nutrition and health, increase physical exercise time and strengthen mental health education.

"One hundred years, education-oriented. The education plan is teacher-oriented. " Teachers are the first resource of education development, the foundation of establishing education and the source of promoting education. It is an inevitable requirement to build a large-scale, high-quality, professional and innovative teaching team.

In 20021year, China Education continued to implement the above ideas, and vigorously strengthened the construction of teachers' team. While safeguarding teachers' rights and interests and development interests, it focused on improving the professional ability of teaching and educating people.

Strengthen the directional training and precise training of teachers in the underdeveloped areas in the central and western regions, start the implementation of the directional training plan for outstanding teachers in the underdeveloped areas in the central and western regions ("excellent teacher plan"), and promote the normal universities directly under the Ministry of Education to implement public education for normal students and cultivate high-quality teachers.

The Notice on Implementing the National Training Plan for Kindergarten Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools (202 1-2025) was issued, and the precise training for primary and secondary school teachers during the Tenth Five-Year Plan period was planned and deployed.

The Notice on Implementing the Quality Improvement Plan for Teachers in Vocational Colleges (202 1-2025) was issued to deepen the integration of production and education and school-enterprise cooperation, and strive to improve the quality of teachers in vocational education.
