2. Be fully prepared for the activity.
Because it is morning exercise, you'd better eat something, drink some healthy drinks such as bean paste and milk, or eat some biscuits, but you don't have to be full. Warm up before the start of fitness exercise, then stand still for a moment, inhale evenly, clear away selfish distractions and get ready to start.
