Running grade division

Junior runners run more than 50 kilometers a month. They can reach this amount by running about 2-3 kilometers at a time and about 20 times a month. For runners, this amount is small, but it is not easy for non-runners. Therefore, those who can reach this amount should be regarded as beginners. If you can persist for a long time, you can also be considered a runner. But if you persist, most runners will easily enter the next level.

Intermediate runners run more than 100 km a month, 5 km a day and 20 days a month, so this amount is not big for runners. This is a good amount of fitness. If you run to stay healthy, it may be the best amount, which is completely enough. People who can keep running for a long time must be runners. Most ordinary runners should be at this level.

Senior runner: more than 200 kilometers. Running 10 km at a time can be done 20 times a month, but it is not easy to finish this amount. So most of them can be regarded as senior runners, and there should be many marathon enthusiasts. Even those who have never run a marathon have the desire and ability to challenge it.

Top runners should be considered top runners for amateur runners with a distance of more than 300 kilometers, and most of them should be called marathon enthusiasts. Runners at this level may have some paranoia and fanaticism about running. If they just run for health and happiness, it is difficult to reach this number.
