Article 1 In order to strengthen the management of employing contract nurses, stabilize the nursing team and ensure the quality of nursing work, these provisions are formulated in combination with the actual situation of our hospital.
Article 2 The term "employing contract nurses" as mentioned in these Provisions refers to college nursing students who have obtained nursing (midwifery) professional education and passed the examination, registered and obtained the nurse's practice certificate or graduated in the same year, and nursing staff who have not participated in the nurse's practice examination and are employed by the hospital to engage in nursing work.
Article 3 A hospital must adhere to the principles of fairness, openness, impartiality and merit-based admission when hiring contract nurses.
Article 4 Contract nurses must meet the following conditions:
1, support the party's line, principles and policies, abide by the law, and have a decent style;
2. Those who have obtained the graduation certificate of nursing (midwifery) professional secondary school or above (including secondary school), passed the examination, and registered to obtain the "Nurse Practice Certificate";
3, has obtained the identity card, good health, good facial features, no infectious diseases;
4. Love the nursing profession, have basic communication skills, strong service awareness and language skills.
Article 5: The contract nurses employed by the hospital shall be managed at different levels, and only those who have obtained the nurse's practice certificate can engage in nurse practice activities; Nurses who have not obtained the nurse's practice certificate are treated as intern nurses, who must engage in nursing practice under the guidance of registered nurses.
Article 6: Since 2009, the newly recruited contract nurses in hospitals must have a college degree or above in nursing major or a technical secondary school degree or above, and have obtained a nurse qualification certificate. Nursing students in our hospital can sign an employment contract with themselves in advance according to their work performance during their internship, and be treated as internship nurses. After the probation period expires, you can be formally employed as a contract nurse in the hospital.
Article 7: The probationary period for newly hired contract nurses is three months. After the probation period expires, you can be employed as a hospital contract nurse, and sign a training contract, and then sign an employment contract after obtaining the qualification of a nurse.
Article 8: Once a contract nurse is hired, the registered nurse hospital will sign an employment contract with him. The contract is signed for 4 years, and nurses will not be registered during the contract execution.
Article 9 Contract nurses shall abide by medical and health laws, regulations, rules and technical operation norms in their practice activities, be loyal to their duties, abide by professional ethics, and provide professional nursing services for patients.
Article 10 A week's pre-job training should be conducted before employing contract nurses.
Eleventh contract nurses must participate in political, professional study and various social activities stipulated by the hospital, and participate in all kinds of continuing medical education and training and academic exchanges inside and outside the hospital.
Article 12: Establish personal technical files for employing contract nurses, including: personal technical file registration form, work assessment, study and training, rewards and punishments during hospitalization, etc.
Thirteenth departments must strengthen the daily work and annual work quality assessment of contract nurses, and implement the last elimination system for nurses who are incompetent.
Article 14: Benefits of employing contract nurses:
1, probation period:
(1) During the probation period of 3 months:
Bachelor degree, 800 yuan monthly salary.
College degree with a monthly salary of 350 yuan.
Technical secondary school education monthly salary 240 yuan
(2) During the period from the expiration of the probation period to the qualification as a nurse:
Bachelor degree, 800 yuan monthly salary.
College degree with a monthly salary of 550 yuan.
Technical secondary school education monthly salary 420 yuan
2. After obtaining the nurse qualification and being hired as a formal contract nurse, the salary will be paid according to the same conditions as the formal employees.
3. Contract nurses who have worked in our hospital for more than 3 years have solid professional theory, high technical level and outstanding work performance, and have indeed become the nursing backbone of departments and hospitals. Recommended by departments and competent departments, the hospital conducts assessment, inspection and democratic evaluation, and goes through formal registration procedures in batches at the rate of 5-8% every year or enjoys the same treatment as employees.
Article 15: Contract nurses who have worked in hospitals but have not passed the nurse practice examination must pass the nurse practice certificate examination within two years from 2009. If the nurse's practice certificate is not obtained after two years, the hospital will terminate its employment contract.
Sixteenth hospitals encourage nursing staff to participate in continuing education and vocational qualification examinations, and give one-time rewards to nursing staff who have obtained college education or above.
Seventeenth nursing professional technical titles and positions of evaluation and engagement, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state, province and city.
Eighteenth in any of the following circumstances, the hospital may terminate the employment contract of contract nurses:
1, when the contract expires, the comprehensive evaluation is unqualified;
2. Nursing accidents;
3. There are other violations of law and discipline.
Nineteenth the provisions shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation.
Article 20: The right to interpret these Provisions belongs to the Human Resources Department of the hospital.
