Physical examination items of daily health certificate (Class A and B) are as follows:
(1) Surgical examination: height and weight, spine and limbs, thyroid gland, cutaneous lymph nodes, anus and genitalia, etc.
(2) Physical examination: blood pressure, nutrition and development, respiratory tract and lung, cardiovascular, liver, spleen, neurological status, etc.
(3) Blood test: mainly check whether there is hepatitis B or other infectious diseases;
(4) ENT examination: vision, color vision, hearing, nose, mouth and throat; 》
(5) Liver function test: mainly check whether transaminase is normal.
Health certificate Physical examination A and B physical examination items are almost the same, but if you are infected with hepatitis B virus or have other infectious diseases, you will not issue a class A health certificate.
Treatment process
1. The applicant went to the local hospital (community health service center) for health examination according to the medical examination items specified by the hospital.
2, by the hospital staff with disposable collection tube to apply for health certificate personnel to collect anal swab samples.
3, physical examination results (except anal swab test results) by the hospital medical staff in three working days input system.
4. Anal swab samples are collected by the district CDC and sent to the central laboratory for inspection once a week on Mondays and Wednesdays. The central laboratory will input the test results of anal swab samples into the system within three working days, and the final results of suspicious samples will be determined and input within five working days.
5. The quality control department of the center reviews the results of the hospital physical examination and the results of the center anal swab test to determine whether to issue a health certificate.
Handling fee and time limit
Handling fee: 90 yuan/person (if there is any actual price difference between hospitals, please pay according to the actual cost).
Time limit for processing: it takes seven working days from application to receipt of health certificate (hospital: 3 working days; Laboratory: 3 working days; Certification review and township printing: 1 working day), the applicant can go to the physical examination hospital for health knowledge training and get a health certificate after seven working days.
