First of all, we need to have enough food, not too much or too little. Food must be clean and we should cook it properly.

Thirdly, we should eat regularly. It is said that half of the students eat breakfast irregularly or eat nothing in the morning, which is not good for their health. In fact, a good breakfast keeps us strong.
