Party B:
The establishment of urban-rural cooperative hospitals is an important measure to accelerate the improvement of rural medical level, realize the benign interaction between urban and rural health undertakings, further improve people's livelihood and promote the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way. In order to further strengthen cooperation and establish a long-term and stable cooperative relationship, this agreement is signed on the basis of consensus through field investigation and research in hospitals of both parties.
I. Objectives and tasks
Based on the principle of mutual benefit, through friendly cooperation, we will strive to give full play to the advantages of both parties, further strengthen the construction of Party B's talent team through technical exchanges, two-way referrals and other ways and channels, and gradually improve Party B's comprehensive service ability and management level, so as to achieve the goal of mutual benefit and win-win.
Second, the rights and obligations of both parties
(I) Party A's obligations
1. At the invitation of Party B, send experts to Party B for short-term and irregular business guidance.
2. At the invitation of Party B, send experts to Party B for short-term business lecture training.
3. At the invitation of Party B, send experts to Party B for temporary free clinic, health education and consultation.
4. At the invitation of Party B, send experts to Party B for consultation, ward round and operation for difficult diseases.
5. At the request of Party B, train advanced students for Party B free of charge.

(II) Obligations of Party B
1. Provide necessary conditions and support for Party A's personnel to carry out cooperative business and ensure cooperative work.
2. Be responsible for the management of Party A's personnel during the cooperation period.
3. During Party B's work in Article 2 (1) above, Party B shall bear the relevant expenses for handling the accidental injuries or other accidents of Party A's personnel.

(3) Party A and Party B establish a green channel for two-way referral.
(IV) After the agreement is signed, Party B, as the cooperative hospital of Party A, can hang the plaque of "Cooperative Hospital of People's Hospital of Hebei Province". However, Party B shall not engage in clinical activities in the name of Party A or Party A's experts.
(V) During the cooperation between the two parties, all medical accidents and medical disputes caused by Party B shall be borne by Party B itself, which has nothing to do with Party A. During the process of Party A's personnel participating in Party B's consultation, operation, patient rounds, guidance and helping to develop new business, Party A may assist Party B in handling medical accidents and medical disputes in accordance with the Interim Provisions of the Ministry of Health on the Management of Physician Consultation.
Three. This agreement is made on the principle of friendly consultation, mutual understanding and mutual support. It will take effect as of the date of signature. The specific plans and unfinished matters of the cooperative hospital shall be determined by both parties through consultation.
