Psychological barriers have become the biggest threat to college students' physical and mental health.
Zhang Mingming investigated and analyzed the mental health status of 165 and 438+043 freshmen. The results show that 3.23% people have serious psychological problems and need psychological assistance urgently. 12.98% people need psychological counseling in some aspects. Among them, the biggest influence on college students' mental health level is the obstacle of making friends, followed by bad family relations.

The research on the related factors affecting middle school students' mental health shows that four factors, such as study, family status, communication and physical development, are the main factors affecting middle school students' mental health.
