How to carry out health education in senior high school biology teaching

High school students are in a critical period of rapid development and changes in physiology and psychology, and are easily influenced by various external factors, resulting in various psychological problems. It has become a realistic problem to carry out mental health education in senior high schools to solve students' mental health problems, promote their mental health development and improve their psychological quality. High school has a heavy academic burden and limited class hours, and the classroom is the main position for students to learn.
