Is it easy for graduates to find jobs?

China Agricultural University has trained more than 654.38+200,000 graduates since its establishment a hundred years ago. They took root at the grassroots level and worked silently. Some of them have become important national leading cadres, some have become academic leaders, and some have become business elites, which have played an important role in national construction.

Our school has trained more than 40 national cadres at or above the deputy ministerial level, including Chen Yunlin, director of the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council, former Minister of Water Resources, former Governor of Hebei Province Niu, Vice Minister of Agriculture Niu Dun and Vice Minister of Commerce, as well as Zuo, Shao Bingren, Xu, Qin, Qi Shouchun, Li Longcheng, Liang Rongxin, Kang Kejian, He Bangjing, Feng Mingang, Han Jiazeng and Sun Wuxue.

There are 68 academicians among the teachers and alumni of our school, including Li Bo, Zhu Zhiti, Sun Honglie, Meng, Guo Yuyuan, Shen Guofang, Dai, Kuang,,, Shi Yulin and Uncle Sun, all of whom are undergraduate graduates trained after the school was founded.

Many graduates go abroad to study and become leaders in related disciplines abroad, such as Yang Ziheng, a professor at the University of London and a member of the Royal Society, Yang Xiang, a professor at the Department of Animal Science at the University of Connecticut, Zhu Jiankang, a professor at the University of California, Riverside and director of the Institute of Comprehensive Genetics, and Harvard? 6? 1 Zhang Yi, a researcher at Hughes Medical College and a professor at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and Yang Xiusheng, director of the Climate Resources Research Center in Connecticut, USA.

A group of graduates, represented by President and Party Secretary of China Machinery Equipment (Group) Company and Chairman and General Manager Zheng of Hong Kong Anlifang Group, are active in the national economic field, becoming business elites and making important contributions to the national economic construction.

There are also a large number of graduates in our school who adhere to the fine tradition of "solving the hardships of people's livelihood", take root at the grassroots level, serve "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" and make silent contributions to the construction of a new country.

The employment policy of China Agricultural University is "market-oriented, regulated by the government, recommended by schools, and two-way choice between students and employers". The school conscientiously implements the spirit of the "2007 National Conference on Employment of College Graduates" and the conference on employment of schools, and continues to adhere to the working purpose of "strengthening guidance, timely communication, enthusiastic service and recommending talents". Focusing on the success of graduates, the school strives to open up the employment market for graduates, strengthen the construction of employment bases, and take various effective measures through various channels to actively promote the employment of graduates in our school.

In the past three years, the employment rate of undergraduates in our school has been stable at around 95%. Judging from the employment distribution of undergraduate graduates in 2007, 526 graduate students were recommended, accounting for15%; Admitted to graduate school 5 13, accounting for14.7%; 267 people went abroad to study, accounting for 8%; 1978 people are directly employed, accounting for 57%. From the perspective of employment areas, the number of students employed in Beijing is the largest, accounting for 58.9%, followed by coastal and surrounding areas. From the employment industry, most students are employed in enterprises, accounting for 61.5%; Followed by institutions, accounting for 35.2%.
