Humans don't need too many drugs. Our bodies are born with the ability to heal themselves. My job is to give full play to human self-healing ability. Handprints are not based on any belief, any religion, any imagination or any specific field. This is a very simple and natural tool, which can help us become healthy. The principle of handprint therapy is based on the idea that the body is the microscopic expression of the whole universe.
Our bodies are made up of five different elements. When the five elements in the body, fire, wind, gas, earth and water, reach a perfect balance, then our bodies will be healthy. If the balance is out of balance, it will lead to some diseases or premature aging. Fundamentally speaking, the purpose of handprint is to achieve the balance of the five elements. Fingerprint is basically a self-healing tool belonging to your palm, just like you have a remote control to adjust your health at your fingertips.
People of all ages (old and young) can use handprints for their own benefit free of charge; Regardless of gender, class and group, we welcome everyone to use this mysterious scientific method to obtain perfect health.
Handprints can be practiced at various times and places such as sitting, standing, walking, waking up, sleeping, taking buses, taxis, subways, watching TV, watching movies in cinemas, talking with people, etc. There are no hard and fast rules for handprints, and no specific posture is required. Anyone can practice them anytime and anywhere.
To get the best results, you need to follow some simple rules:
Handprints should be practiced with both hands at the same time. Practicing with one hand is also beneficial, but the benefits are limited. The key point to understand here is that practicing handprints with the right hand will affect the left side of the body, and practicing handprints with the left hand will affect the right side of the body. Therefore, practicing fingerprints with both hands is more conducive to overall health.
When practicing handprints, the pressure of fingers on each other, or the pressure of fingers on palms, should be very easy, and no hard pressure is needed. The remaining fingers should be straight and relaxed. Remember, touching your fingers is the key to getting good results. To achieve the best results, you need to practice any (or all) handprints with both hands, and each handprint should be practiced for at least 30 minutes.
At the beginning, the continuous time can start from 10 minutes and gradually increase to more than 45 minutes. Individuals can increase the continuous time to 1 hour, up to 1 2 times a day.
Practicing handprints regularly can not only make you healthier, but also prevent diseases. If a person is sick, practicing handprints will heal faster. When a person is sick, he should choose handprint practice without hesitation according to his own situation. Although we suggest that the time for practicing fingerprints is 45 minutes to 1 hour, patients who are weak or bedridden can practice as much as possible, even if the duration is as short as 1 minute.
In order to prevent diseases and promote health, the following six handprints are selected for daily practice, each lasting 10 minute, namely: knowledge handprint (Gyaan), ground handprint (Prithvi), digestion handprint (Apaan), vitality handprint (Praana), concentration handprint (Dhyaan) and wind handprint (Vaayu). Everyone can practice these handprints every day.
When practicing specific fingerprints for specific purposes, it is advisable to practice for 30 to 45 minutes. If time permits, you can practice several times a day. The problem is under control, and the fingerprints should stop.
After healing the handprint, follow the vitality of the handprint (Praana). Male handprint (Lingam only needs 15 minutes for each practice.
