How Teachers Adjust Mental Health (Reprinted)

Psychologists believe that the so-called mental health refers to people's efficient and pleasant response to the environment and its relationship. Therefore, a mentally healthy person can maintain a calm mood, keen intelligence, behavior adapting to the social environment and pleasant temperament. ? According to the characteristics of our teachers' work, I think teachers' mental health mainly includes the following aspects. 1. Normal intelligence and intellectual activities; 2. Emotional health; 3. Personality health; 4. Psychological adaptation. ? Teachers have to contact all kinds of students every day, so it is very important to keep a healthy mind. The key to maintaining mental health is to learn to self-regulate emotions. In daily life and work, I think we can keep a calm mood, keen intelligence and prevent psychological deviation or mental illness from the following aspects: 1. Pay attention to your physical and mental health: people are biological organisms, but they are not simple biological organisms, but members who have language, thought and emotion and are engaged in creative work. In human beings, there are not only material activities in the physiological process, but also spiritual activities based on material, both of which are formed and expressed in the natural and social environment. Therefore, in the process of human health and disease, there are not only physiological factors, but also psychological and social factors. Body and spirit, physiology and psychology interact. The body is physiology and the characteristic basis of psychological activities. Once a person's body is morbid, it will cause some psychological or behavioral symptoms, such as pathological changes in the human brain as the highest regulator of the human body, memory loss, abnormal analysis and comprehensive activities of the brain, and reduced ability to deal with things, people and time and space, which may seriously lead to insanity. Similarly, the quality of mental state will also affect physical health. When we are nervous, the number of heartbeats increases, blood pressure increases and sweating increases. When we are angry, our faces turn pale, our lips turn purple, our hands and feet become numb, which seriously harms the liver storage and so on. ? Therefore, there is no pure physical disease; There is nothing wrong with it, it is purely psychological. When a person is ill, he is ill. As a teacher, we should not only pay attention to strengthening physical health, personal nutrition and physical exercise, but also constantly enhance the rate of mental health, exercise emotion, will and personality, and develop our own intelligence. It is not advisable to only seek physical health rate and ignore mental health. ? 2. Pay attention to tolerance and be good at dealing with people. ? Communication is not only the need of education, but also the requirement of human psychological development. Without normal communication, it is impossible to form people's thoughts, emotions and personalities. A teacher should associate with all kinds of students, parents, colleagues, relatives and friends. It's impossible to go with you in everything. Think from the standpoint of others. Not being good at dealing with interpersonal relationships makes the relationship between the upper and lower levels very tense, making oneself depressed and depressed, which not only affects work, but also hinders mental health, and even gradually forms a cold, withdrawn and perverse negative character. ? A mentally healthy teacher can always forgive others, be tolerant and gregarious, actively participate in school and student group activities, have friendly exchanges with classmates, colleagues and leaders at school, live in harmony with relatives, relatives and friends at home and in society, and establish harmonious interpersonal relationships, which will make him feel comfortable, refreshed and happy at work, and easily develop a positive, optimistic and cheerful personality. ? 3. Pay attention to enhancing the ability to adapt to pressure? People always want to pursue a relaxed and comfortable life. This is undoubtedly beneficial to our physical and mental health. However, whether at work or in life, you will still encounter nervous events. If you can treat and deal with them correctly, you can promote mental health. In fact, various social events and factors, such as fashion, living environment, economic income, hobbies, etc., will affect people's mental health to varying degrees. Some factors can make people feel happy and comfortable, which is often beneficial to health; On the contrary, if people feel threatened, lost and insecure, they are most likely to get sick. ? The reality of life tells us that life and the road to growth are full of contradictions. We want to be comfortable, but we can't avoid contradictions. We should treat the possible stress events in life correctly, and we should downplay them to enhance our adaptability to stress stimuli, so as not to let them damage our mental health. ? Third, pay attention to enhancing the tolerance for setbacks? We hope that our work and life will be smooth sailing, but setbacks in life are always inevitable. There are great personal differences in dealing with setbacks, that is, people's tolerance for setbacks is different. Tolerance to setbacks refers to the ability of individuals to get rid of troubles and avoid psychological and behavioral obstacles when they suffer setbacks. Simply put, it is a person's ability to withstand blows or setbacks. We should see that enduring setbacks and maintaining our personal integrity and psychological balance are important signs of strong adaptability and mental health. Therefore, in the face of setbacks, we should not shy away or bow our heads. Consciously see that setbacks are normal phenomena in real life, consciously accept the test of setbacks, make persistent efforts after setbacks and failures, and consciously cultivate the ability to tolerate setbacks. Since ancient times, great talents have suffered a lot. ? 4. handle the relationship between optimism and sadness and laugh often? As we all know, people's different emotional activities or states have different effects on people's health. Persistent negative emotions are harmful to health, while positive and objective emotions are conducive to improving physical and mental health. Negative emotions include sadness, sadness, hatred, panic, anxiety and pain, while positive emotions include joy, happiness, cheerfulness and optimism. In the actual work and life process, there will be two different emotions. The key to maintaining mental health is to try to adjust and control emotions. Consciously control the occurrence and development of emotions through the adjustment of self-emotions. This requires us to improve the level of ideological cultivation and practice self-cultivation kung fu; Even in the case that students' words and deeds are unbearable, they can be calm, restrain themselves, handle them properly, and avoid being angry and scolding loudly. By adopting the method of diverting attention, you can shift your attention from negative emotions to interesting and meaningful activities and do something refreshing to free yourself from boredom. All this is nothing more than relying on self-strength, controlling negative emotions, learning to extricate themselves, learning to be content and always smiling. ? The above points are only personal experiences. After a few days of study, I realized the current mental health teaching.
