Article 11? Family planning technical guidance and consultation include the following contents:
(a) publicity, guidance and consultation on reproductive health science such as contraception and birth control and reducing the risk of birth defects;
(2) Providing contraceptives and providing relevant guidance, consultation and follow-up for customers;
(three) to provide relevant guidance, consultation and follow-up before and after contraceptive operation and egg (sperm) tube recanalization operation.
Article 12? Clinical medical services related to family planning include the following:
(a) medical examination of contraception and birth control, mainly refers to the examination needed to eliminate contraindications, master indications, carry out preoperative health examination, postoperative rehabilitation and ensure the safety and effectiveness of contraception according to the technical routine of contraception;
(2) Diagnosis, identification and treatment of complications of various family planning operations and adverse reactions of family planning contraceptives;
