1. The items to be checked for the health certificate are as follows:
(1) chest radiography to check pneumonia and tuberculosis;
(2) blood test alanine aminotransferase. If alanine aminotransferase rises more than twice, check hepatitis A antibody, hepatitis B pentaitem, hepatitis C antibody and other items at the same time;
(3) internal medicine check blood pressure, check whether there are any major heart and lung diseases;
(4) Surgical examination of thyroid gland, breast, spine and joints of limbs;
(5) culture Vibrio cholerae, typhoid Bacillus and paratyphoid Bacillus in stool, and check whether there are the above-mentioned intestinal infectious diseases.
2. Legal basis: Article 45 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Food Safety Law.
Food producers and business operators shall establish and implement the health management system for employees. Persons suffering from diseases that hinder food safety as stipulated by the administrative department of health of the State Council shall not engage in direct contact with imported food.
Food production and marketing personnel engaged in direct contact with imported food shall undergo annual health examination and obtain health certificates before taking up their posts.
Second, what is the process of handling health certificates?
1. Have a physical examination before applying for a health certificate;
2. Bring your ID card and two one-inch bareheaded color photos, and receive the medical examination form;
3. Pay the medical examination fee at the toll booth, paste photos and fill in basic information such as name and gender;
4. Complete all physical examination items;
5. If the physical examination results meet the conditions for issuing a health certificate, a health certificate shall be issued; If the physical examination results do not meet the conditions for issuing a health certificate, a health certificate shall not be issued.
