Relevant requirements and standards of home isolation
1. If you need to be isolated at home for your own reasons, you'd better not live with your family or share the bathroom with others. The place to live should be well ventilated.
2. To be on the safe side, only one person can take the initiative to refuse visitors during the isolation period to avoid cross-infection.
3. Eat alone, and don't use daily necessities such as toilets and central air conditioners with your family. After dinner, wash the dishes. It is recommended to use detergent, which needs disinfection after cleaning.
4. Members who don't need isolation at home had better not enter the isolation area. If they have to enter the space where the home isolation device is located, they must be well protected and wear masks. The mask should be close to the face. When they are in the quarantine area, don't move their masks casually, let alone adjust their positions. They should also distance themselves from the isolators, preferably above 1.5 meters, and must not have any direct contact with the isolators before leaving the isolation area.
It is also important to clean and disinfect rooms, at least once a day, especially the surfaces of bathrooms and toilets.
6. Wear disposable gloves and protective clothing before cleaning and contacting the surface, clothes or bedding contaminated by human secretions of the quarantined person. At the same time, in order to reduce the risk of infection, hands should be thoroughly washed and disinfected before wearing gloves and after taking them off.
7. For the isolated people, it is necessary to wear a mask, let the indoor air circulate and wash your hands more. Because the secretion becomes wet and dirty, the mask must be replaced immediately. Wash your hands after removing and discarding the mask.
8. It is very important for people who are isolated at home to monitor their body temperature. Relevant personnel shall have on-site physical examination twice a day, and special personnel shall be responsible for "one-on-one" and "one-on-one", and relevant data shall be recorded and archived. In addition, we should pay close attention to the physical and mental health of the quarantined personnel, including physical, psychological, life and other aspects, and report any abnormal situation in time.
9. During the isolation period, when there are symptoms such as fever and cough, the village (community) staff will report the illness to the township (street) government (office) and the health center in time, and then the staff of the township health center will take the patient to the fever clinic of the county hospital for professional investigation and treatment.
What if there is no home isolation?
People who are isolated at home need to live alone. If there is no condition for home isolation observation, it needs to be closed-loop transported to designated isolation places (hotels, guest houses and other places) for centralized medical isolation observation for 14 days.
