The Influence of Lighting on Human Health (2)

Four, six suggestions when using lighting in the home: the lighting design of home decoration should first consider health, and then consider coordination and functionality. It is understood that unreasonable lighting tools and improper lighting methods will have a great impact on health: bright light can change the internal clock of the brain and control sleep; Working under the light for a long time will reduce the absorption of calcium by the human body. Therefore, citizens must pay attention to the problem of "light health" when decorating their new homes.

1. Don't choose more than three lighting colors, but consider people's feelings indoors. It is best not to use * * * lighting color in the bedroom, and avoid strong color contrast and red and green collocation. And restaurants can choose yellow and orange lights, because these colors can * * * appetite.

In addition, the red light looks festive, but it is easy to raise blood pressure and accelerate breathing; White light can lower the blood pressure of patients with hypertension and calm them down.

The most important thing is not to go to extremes in the use of lighting colors. Don't design the lighting to be colorful, so as not to endanger human health. If the color contrast of the lights is too big, it will dazzle people, damage their eyesight and interfere with the function of the higher nervous system in the brain center. Too many colors are easy to cause light pollution. If you suffer from color light pollution for a long time, it will induce nosebleeds, tooth loss, high blood pressure, cataracts, and even lead to cancers such as leukemia. In addition, unreasonable lighting color will also affect children's vision development.

It is best not to have more than three colors of lights in a room, and all colors should be coordinated.

2. The indoor light should be soft, neither too bright nor too dark, which are the two main factors to judge whether a house is livable. In ancient times, the lighting and ventilation of houses basically came from the natural environment, so the ancients attached great importance to the location and orientation of houses and tried to build houses in places with sufficient light and hidden wind and gas.

With the continuous progress of human science and technology, in modern society, people can improve the indoor phosgene environment to a certain extent through various technical means, rather than relying entirely on nature. When the air convection is not ideal, the indoor airflow speed can be adjusted by fans and air conditioners. In the case of insufficient light, artificial light can also be used to keep the room bright.

There should be at least two hours of sunshine every day. From the point of view of harmonious life, the ideal home light environment is an organic combination of natural light and artificial light, both of which are indispensable. As we all know, sunlight can kill harmful microorganisms in indoor air; After human skin is irradiated by ultraviolet rays in the sun, it can produce vitamin D; Sunlight exposure can also prevent rickets in children; Can improve human immunity. Experts believe that two hours of sunshine indoors every day is the minimum need to maintain human health and development. In ancient times, people called sunny houses "yangzhai" and houses with insufficient sunshine "yinzhai", thinking that the former was suitable for living and the latter was not suitable for living. At the same time, people also link whether the house is sunny or not with the life span of the occupants. "Kanyu Book" said: "How do you know that people will live a long and carefree life when they see the sun?" It can be seen that there must be natural light in the house, and the ancient and modern views are the same.

In the stage of choosing a house, we should carefully examine the lighting situation of each indoor space, and it is advisable not to turn on the lights during the day and have good eyesight. Try to avoid direct sunlight and pay attention to the uniformity of illumination. Half-bright and half-dark indoors is a sign of imbalance between yin and yang. Some indoor spaces, such as bathrooms and kitchens, become "black toilets" and "black kitchens" due to lack of sunlight, which is also not conducive to the health of residents.

In the decoration stage, many people don't pay enough attention to the design of artificial light environment, and they don't think well when installing lamps, which leads to indoor lighting can't cooperate well with residents' daily activities indoors, which makes residents' eyes tired, their eyesight decreased, and even symptoms such as headache, physical weakness and listlessness appear. According to the survey, 70% consumers don't know that improper lighting decoration will have a negative impact on residents' health.

4. Don't glare at the lights. Correct design of indoor lighting color has become another important thing that people consider when decorating houses: in home decoration, lighting design should not be too dazzling or too contrasting. Of course, lighting design is health first, coordination second, and function last. We should be good at grasping the relationship between light and color: color has a great influence on people's psychology and physiology. For example, blue can slow down the heart rhythm, adjust balance and eliminate tension; Beige, light blue and light gray are conducive to quiet rest and sleep and eliminate fatigue; Red, orange and yellow can make people excited and cheer up; White can lower blood pressure and calm people down. Red makes people's blood pressure rise and breathing faster. When lighting and home colors are perfectly combined, our home will be more beautiful.

Room lighting should take care of the core of healthy home lighting, which is a "light health" problem: that is, light is related to our healthy life. Experts believe that so-called "light health" includes two aspects. First, the lighting must meet the functional requirements of the place, that is, people say that the lighting is bright and beautiful; Second, lighting must meet people's psychological requirements, such as the influence of color temperature and brightness on people's emotions and the harmony of light and shadow. Unreasonable lighting tools and improper lighting methods will have a great impact on health: bright light can change the internal clock of the brain and control sleep. But working under the light for a long time will reduce the body's absorption of calcium; Too strong light waves will also increase abnormal cells, leading to normal cell death, so we must pay attention.

6. Choose colors according to your child's personality. The color selection of children's furniture should also consider children's psychological problems: that is, we usually say that color matching is designed according to children's different personalities: personality, gender and age are the starting points of design. If children are naughty, they should choose static colors, such as blue-green coal, which can calm their mood after entering the house. Such as orange, pink, let him enter the room, there is a kind of emotional release, through these details, children can do a little psychological counseling in the room, which is conducive to their healthy growth >

Five, different lighting principles in different rooms:

1. Bedroom lighting should not be too bright. The bedroom is a place to sleep and rest. It should always be warm, quiet and comfortable. Try to avoid dazzling lights or use lamps with complex shapes, but the lights should not be too dark to avoid a sense of oppression.

It's best to turn off the screen lights of computers and televisions before going to bed, because scientists have recently discovered that even the faint light emitted by computer screens and other electrical appliances in the middle of the night may affect our circadian rhythm and make it more difficult for us to get up in the morning.

This latest study found that, contrary to our previous thinking, eye cells that help us see things clearly may also be involved in regulating the circadian rhythm, and may play an important role in designing phototherapy methods to treat sleep disorders or seasonal depression. Previous studies have shown that there are several special non-imaging cells in the eyes of humans and other mammals. The position of these cells in the eyes is different from that of rod cells and cone cells used for vision. They contain retinol, which absorbs blue light to perform some light regulation procedures, such as resetting the awake period of sleep and releasing hormones to remind the brain. These eye cells containing retinol make many people believe that only blue light can have non-visual effects, and use blue light to develop a variety of therapeutic devices and technologies, such as blue light boxes and special glasses that block blue light. Now, the research of Josiah Gulai and his colleagues shows that other kinds of light may be as effective as blue light, or even better, depending on the lighting conditions.

In the study, they let normal people irradiate two different wavelengths of light, one is the light perceived by color vision cells (green light), and the other is the light perceived by non-imaging blue light receptor cells (blue light). Unlike the expected results, the non-imaging reaction is only caused by blue light cells. The researchers were surprised to find that green light and blue light have the same effect in dim light or in a short time, which indicates that the imaged visual sensory cells and cone cells can play a role in regulating the circadian rhythm system. Therefore, when predicting the influence of light on our circadian rhythm, hormones and alertness, improved phototherapy should consider not only blue light, but also other visible wavelengths, especially in dim light or in a short time.

There should be a ceiling lamp as the main light in the bedroom, such as installing a long incandescent lamp on the roof. In order to make the light just right, you can also put a layer of white transparent curtain cloth under the lamp to make the room look full of emotional appeal with soft and strong light. The switch of the light should be controlled separately, collected and installed in the place where the door can be touched, so as to turn on the light in the shortest time.

2. The choice of layered lighting of living room lamps is directly related to the overall harmony and taste of living room space. In order to reflect the beautiful lighting environment, the lighting of the living room should choose lamps with strong artistic sense and should be coordinated with the indoor layout.

A floor lamp can be placed next to the sofa to create a friendly atmosphere for friends and family to chat. If you have audio-visual equipment such as TV, you can install wall lamps on the side to provide the best moderate lighting for the family watching TV.

3. The study lamp has the most complete functions. The environment of the study should be elegant, quiet, concise and lively. Nowadays, besides reading and writing, there are other modern tools, such as computers, in learning.

Therefore, the study should not only have a high illuminance value, but also have a quiet light environment. Therefore, simple main lighting should be ensured in the study, and single-fork chandeliers or fluorescent lamps can be used, and the location depends on the specific indoor conditions; A small spotlight can be installed in the bookcase, which can not only help identify the title of the book, but also keep warm and prevent books from being oxidized by moisture.

4. The kitchen is suitable for scattered lights. The kitchen is a family "studio", and brighter scattered light can make the kitchen more spacious and tidy. Generally, the kitchen uses suspended ceiling or chandelier as general lighting, and an embedded or semi-embedded astigmatism ceiling lamp is set above the operation desk. Considering the heavy oil smoke and water vapor in the kitchen, compared with the lamps in other rooms, the lamps in the kitchen may often need to be disassembled and cleaned, so it is as simple as possible, and the lamps are made of plastic and glass for easy cleaning. If the kitchen also serves as a dining room, the light source should be a warm incandescent lamp.

Six, the different effects of lamps are different: Although people use lamps every day, many citizens only care about the style of lamps and neglect the choice of light sources when decorating, thus affecting the lighting effect. Some people have a lot of lights in their homes, but they just put them on, which consumes a lot of energy and the light environment effect is not ideal.

1. Energy-saving lamps Energy-saving lamps are popular because of energy saving. A 9 watt energy-saving lamp is equivalent to a 40 watt incandescent lamp. The life of energy-saving lamps is generally 8000 to 10000 hours. Some high-quality energy-saving lamps adopt constant brightness technology, which can keep the lamp in the best working condition for a long time. After 2000 hours of use, the light attenuation is less than 10%.

2. metal halogen lamp metal halogen lamp is actually a kind of incandescent lamp, and its service life is generally between 3000-4000 hours, not more than 6000 hours. This lamp can be used in accent lighting, for example, to highlight decorative paintings on walls and indoor decorations.

3.LED lamp This kind of lamp is called light-emitting diode, which belongs to new technology. At present, the performance of white LED lamps on the market is good, but the technology of current LED lamps needs to be improved. First, the light efficiency is relatively low, and second, it will be short of color and easy to cast color. Experts predict that, in theory, the life of LED lamps is infinite.
