I. Responsibility

Teachers are guides for students to establish their life ideals, cultivators of students' ideological growth, defenders of students' mental health and counselors of students' all-round development. Therefore, every teacher should have clear job responsibilities.

1, carry out ideological and political education and moral quality education for students, ensure their mental health, educate students to love the motherland, school, life and study, cultivate good moral and psychological quality, help students develop good behavior habits, and be good students who are law-abiding, polite, honest and trustworthy.

4. Assist schools and class teachers to educate students on safety, hygiene and etiquette.

1, total staff management record (30 points)

Each teacher (including the practice instructor) is responsible for the education management of at least 10 students, and completes the education of the designated students 20 times each semester except the duty week. Every education should fill in the education record form and hand it in to the Political and Educational Affairs Office on time. The Political and Educational Affairs Office summarizes it weekly and publishes it monthly. Eight out of 20 times can be used to educate students about serious violations in class. The remaining 12 times must be used for the gfd of extracurricular students in school, the education of behavior norms, or the first time report of student emergencies. Those who have not completed the task will not be given extra points. Those who have completed the task will be divided into three grades according to the quantity and quality of moral education records, with 30 points for A, 25 points for B and 20 points for C.

2, the student growth rate (30 points)

According to the arrangement of the school, teachers should conscientiously do a good job in moral education management and make records. At the end of the semester, according to the quantitative assessment method of Ruicheng No.1 Vocational School, according to the records provided by the Political and Educational Affairs Office, the Guidance Office and the professional group, the growth statistics of the students managed by each teacher are made, and the scores are divided into three grades according to the violation rate of the students managed. After the completion of education management, students have made remarkable progress, with a grade of 25-30 points and no violation of discipline; B file (20-25 points) education management work is completed and students have no disciplinary behavior; Education management has been completed, but the effect is not obvious. Students with general violations of discipline are Grade C (10-20); Education management work is not completed, and students have serious violations of discipline, which is D (0- 10).

3, dormitory management education (10)

Teachers should go to the dormitory to find out the students' situation, and go to the dormitory at least once a week 1 time to check the sanitary condition of the dormitory. Instruct dormitory housekeeping, conduct psychological communication with students, provide psychological counseling to individual students, eliminate ideological worries, reduce ideological burden, reduce ideological fluctuations, and find some signs of abnormal behavior in time. The final period is divided into four categories according to the administrator registration form. Education teachers should cooperate with the class teacher to do a good job in student education management and control the loss of students in the class. No student loss is Class A10; A student's class B is reduced by 8 points; The loss of students is 5 points for Class C; The loss of two or more students is not counted (the loss of students dismissed by the school is not counted).

5. Teachers on duty (10)

As a teacher on duty, I can manage the students according to the required time, and the students have no serious violation of discipline. According to the professional group and non-religious examination records, it is divided into class A 10, class B 8, and class C 6.

6, education essay (education case) (10)

Self-perception in the process of education, a typical educational case, requires originality and has certain learning reference value. The Political and Educational Affairs Office will confirm whether there is plagiarism after searching online, and then the relevant leaders will determine the score. Write two papers on education every semester. 5 points for each article, one semester 10 points.

Four, plus points (not cumulative)

Moral education teachers should actively participate in education and management, and set the following bonus items: (subject to the assessment of the Political and Educational Affairs Office)

1. If students' conflicts are found in advance in management and major disciplinary incidents are stopped, add 1-3 points as appropriate.

2. The winners of students' participation in school and extracurricular activities get 4 points, 3 points, 2 points and 1 point respectively by province, city, county and school.

3. When the class teacher is on a business trip or temporarily unable to perform the duties of the class teacher due to other personal reasons, the school will appoint a teacher as an agent as needed. The acting head teacher's week is divided into 3 points, 2 points, 1 point according to the inspection of the Political and Educational Affairs Office.

4. Teachers have the responsibility and obligation to make home visits to students, to understand students' performance at home, to further master students' personality, and to enhance the feelings of teachers, students and parents. After returning to school, fill in the home visit record and record the contact information of parents, which will be verified and confirmed by the Political and Educational Affairs Office. Home visit plus 1-3 points.

According to the above calculation method, the assessment results of each moral education teacher are obtained, and excellent teachers are rewarded according to the results. Teachers whose overall management assessment is after 1/3 cannot be rated as excellent (one-vote veto).
