From rural reform to urban reform, from economic system reform to political system and other system reforms, from internal reform to opening to the outside world, our party has always adhered to the correct direction of reform, deepened its understanding of the short-term and long-term goals of reform in practice, and constantly improved and perfected various dynamic institutional mechanisms that are in line with China's national conditions. The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China scientifically summed up the experience of reform and opening up for more than 30 years, and according to the new requirements of building a well-off society in an all-round way, it was clearly put forward that the reform goal by 2020 is to build a systematic, scientific, standardized and effective institutional system, so as to make all aspects of the system more mature and stereotyped.
