Physical and mental fatigue, life is short, what does it mean to seek health and peace?

Physical and mental fatigue, life is too short to seek health and safety means: excessive physical overdraft, excessive mental stress. I am really tired. Suffering from the short life, I just want to be healthy and live in peace.
