How to distinguish between comfort and health in man-machine relationship

Health refers to the long-term impact of a product on people's health, which is long-term and cumulative. Comfort refers to a self-feeling that the individual's body and mind are in a state of relaxation, satisfaction, freedom, no anxiety and no pain.

Comfort includes four aspects: (1) physical comfort, which refers to the comfortable feeling of individual body; (2) Psychological comfort refers to the satisfaction of spiritual needs such as faith, belief, self-esteem and life value; (3) Comfortable environment: Appropriate sound, light, color, temperature and humidity in the external physical environment make individuals feel comfortable; (4) Social comfort, including the harmony of interpersonal relationship, family and social relationship. These aspects of comfort are interrelated and influence each other.

Healthy interpersonal relationship does not mean that two people stick together every day, and two people should get along at an appropriate distance. Healthy interpersonal relationships, we should learn to rely on others as well as to be independent. We should try our best to do our own things, but we can't do what we can. When we need friends' help, we should ask for help, but don't rely too much on others. We can't stick to each other too much, which will make each other feel disgusted.
