Nowadays, people often talk about caring about children's physical and mental health, but parents often only care about their children's academic and physical health, without considering their mental health. This is because many people don't understand the importance of mental health. However, mental health is a very important thing for adolescent children.

A mentally healthy person should be able to maintain rational emotion, keen intelligence, behavior adapting to social environment and pleasant temperament. Mental health refers to people's efficient and pleasant adaptation to the environment and others. Not only to be efficient, but also to meet or accept the norms of life happily, but to have both.

Let's talk about five standards of mental health:

First: correct self-concept.

A mentally healthy child has a practical understanding of himself and a correct self-concept, which is an important foundation of health. Because only when a person knows himself correctly can he behave appropriately, adapt to study and school life, strive to develop himself and actively carry out self-cultivation and self-education If his self-concept is incorrect, he may show self-reliance and do something beyond his power. If he can't do it well, he will blame his mistakes on the environment or others. He may even care about his own fate, may self-harm, and refuse to express himself truly, thus forming a heavy psychological burden and unable to face his study life calmly. This is, of course, a sign of mental health.

Second: a contented mind.

Children with mental health are satisfied with themselves, including study and life. They are always willing to learn and love life. Although their intelligence is different, but there is no psychological barrier, they can give full play to their wisdom, can achieve certain results, and get the joy of success. If this is not the case, but blindly think that they are ugly, not smart, ashamed or disgusted with their bad life, not admitted to a good school, so that they regard study and life as a burden, which is a manifestation of mental health.

Third: Harmonious interpersonal relationship.

Mentally healthy children have their own good friends, who are always ready to help others and associate with others. When they get along with people, they have more positive attitudes than negative attitudes, and they have a sense of unity, security and * * * for their bodies, and they are always willing to make personal sacrifices to seek collective interests. On the contrary, it is incompatible with the collective, has no partners, and is unwilling to associate with others; Or don't want to treat others sincerely and modestly, don't tolerate other people's shortcomings or mistakes, quarrel with others, and don't respect others; Or it is easy to get disgusted and hostile to others without sufficient evidence, and always think that others are unreliable; Or think that others can be bullied and take pleasure in it, which is also a manifestation of psychological unhealthy.

Fourth: the unity of personality.

Children with mental health basically have a correct outlook on life and unify their needs, wishes, thoughts, goals and actions around the outlook on life. As the core of personality, outlook on life and beliefs generally have not changed much, but the specific needs and wishes of individuals will change with the changes of time and environment. However, this change is always consistent with his outlook on life and beliefs, and is restricted by it. If this is not the case, desire betrays faith, selfish desire conflicts with conscience, action conflicts with thought, and the subjective consciousness cannot unify all these, which will lead to split personality. The so-called split personality is that a person has two or more opposing personality characteristics, which appear alternately with the changes of personal emotions or surrounding environment, showing one-sided personality respectively, which is unhealthy psychology. Such people tend to be generous for a while and mean for a while; Be kind to others for a while, be ruthless for a while, and regret yourself for a while.

Fifth: individual and society are harmonious.

Children with mental health can keep good contact with society, understand society and life, and their thoughts, beliefs, goals and actions can keep up with the development of the times and the requirements of society. Once you find that your own needs and desires conflict with the requirements of society and the happiness of others, you will give up or modify your own action plan and seek harmony with society. If this is not the case, but in order to realize their own selfish desires, they will not hesitate to adopt an anti-social attitude and make demands at will, regardless of social ethics and the rule of law, then it will not be a state of mental health, which will lead to crimes and become criminals.

The above items are the standards of children's mental health, and they are also the goals for parents to guide their children to improve their mental condition and enhance their mental health. Of course, it doesn't mean that there is nothing except these five items. Mental health is a very complicated problem, involving a wide range, including intelligence, emotion, behavior, personality and so on. Mental health is very important for adolescent children.

First of all, what are our goals and directions for raising children? Teach children what success is. I think it must be our goal to cultivate children's ability to live independently. The stronger a child's ability to live independently, we say that the more children cultivate, the more successful they will be.

So, what is the psychological quality training for children? Quite simply, parents should not grow up instead of their children. What children do is left to children, and what children choose is for children to choose. What parents need to do is to guide and make their children responsible for their actions! The more parents do, the worse their children's psychological quality.

In addition, parents create a warm and loving family environment for their children, give them enough sense of security and let them grow up in a safe environment full of love.

Parental companionship before the age of 3 is the foundation of mental health. Before the age of 6, you should make rules about what you can and can't do. You can't let children have no boundaries.
