1. If it is a newly purchased product, please ensure that all the blue adhesive tapes inside and outside the product have been removed;
2. Turn off the power supply of the printer, open the printer cover, and take out the printing paper or other obstacles from the paper feed channel.
3. Check whether the cartridge cover is tightened: open the cartridge cover, push the cartridge down until it locks in place (clicks), and then close the cartridge cover until it clicks.

Tip: Pay attention to the working environment temperature in winter. The working environment temperature of the printer is between 10-35 degrees. When the temperature is too low, the lubricant of the printer carriage guide rail will solidify, which will also affect the carriage movement. Please put the printer at the normal temperature of 1 hour before use.
