The principle of induction cooker is "eddy current effect" in applied physics. Alternating current is used to generate an alternating magnetic field with changing direction through the coil. In the alternating magnetic field, eddy current will appear inside the conductor, which is caused by the eddy current electric field pushing the carriers in the conductor (the electrons in the pot are not iron atoms) to move. Joule thermal effect of eddy current heats the conductor, so as to realize heating.

In principle, we can know that boiling water with an induction cooker will not be magnetized. The induction cooker itself is more convenient and energy-saving, but the harm of electromagnetic waves still exists.
