August 20 14, with the approval of the people's government of Jiangsu province, Huaiyin Teachers College and Huaiyin Institute of Technology merged to build Huai 'an University. On September 20 15, the Ministry of Education announced the merger of Huaiyin Teachers College and Huaiyin Institute of Technology and renamed it Huai 'an University. 2065438+In March 2006, the People's Government of Jiangsu Province officially listed the establishment of Huai 'an University in the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" of Jiangsu Province.
