Healthy road lacing
According to my experience, it's probably tuberculosis. First of all, there are multiple nodules, patches and other forms of lesions in the left upper lung. The left upper lung is the prone site of secondary pulmonary tuberculosis, while other lobes are relatively clean, so it is no problem to diagnose pulmonary tuberculosis from imaging. As for the results of sputum examination, it is not too important. Of course, if sputum is positive, there is no doubt that tuberculosis is diagnosed, but because the false negative rate of sputum test is relatively high, even if sputum is negative, tuberculosis cannot be ruled out. Whether tuberculosis is contagious or not mainly depends on the nature of the lesion. If you have tooth decay, cough frequently, and sputum bacteria are positive, you have a great chance of infection. Otherwise, there are few daily contact infections. It is recommended to go to the local infection hospital for treatment.
