At the class meeting, everyone actively expressed their views on the three-step group day activities of leaving the network, leaving the dormitory and going to the playground. Some students think that a tug-of-war competition should be held, and everyone should participate together. It is interesting and plays a role in exercising. Some students think that we should organize an outdoor mountaineering, get close to nature, keep fit, and so on. I'm glad that you can actively put forward suggestions, but after soliciting everyone's unanimous opinion, everyone thinks that this activity should be carried out on the premise of ensuring safety and health, so it is unanimously agreed that English Class One and Class Two will run outdoors together at 1 1, and the name of this activity is determined as "jogging in the sunshine for half an hour, living a healthy life for life", so that everyone can experience the fun of collective sports, realize the significance of the three-step group day activity and improve their performance.
Our aim is to encourage students to strengthen extracurricular exercise, promote physical and mental health and physical quality, guide and help students to improve their subjective initiative to participate in physical exercise, form good physical exercise habits, improve their physical fitness, hone their strong will, and cultivate good moral character and fighting spirit.
