Primary and secondary school students who transfer to other counties and cities in this city shall be issued with a transfer contact form by their school, and a transfer certificate shall be issued after the receipt is issued by the receiving school;
(three) students are transferred from outside the city for special and reasonable reasons, such as transferring from outside the city, introducing talents, and mobilizing troops. Because his guardian has the Municipal Personnel Bureau, Education Bureau and above certificates, he can go through the transfer formalities without time limit;
(four) the transfer school should issue a transfer receipt after the transfer of students, and send it to the transfer school, which will provide the student status file;
(five) the transfer of municipal schools and private schools should be reported to the Municipal Education Bureau for approval.
Second, primary school students need to go through the transfer procedures:
1. After parents communicate with the transfer school and agree, fill out the transfer application form and submit it to the transfer school.
2. Parents should provide household registration book, reasons for transfer and relevant documents (such as parents' job transfer, job transfer certificate, real estate license, etc.). ) Go to a transfer school.
3. Transfer and issue a transfer acceptance receipt to parents;
4. After transferring to the school and communicating with the other school, report it to the online student status management system for review;
5. Transfer to the school and send a transfer notice to the parents of the students, and inform the parents to contact the transfer school and the competent education bureau for online review (consent) and transfer of student status files.
6. Transfer to the school, and go through the online audit procedures with the transfer application form to the competent education bureau.
Legal basis: Article 14 of the Measures for the Administration of Student Status of Primary and Secondary School Students states that if a student transfers to another school or further studies, it shall start the student status transfer procedure through the electronic student status system, which shall be verified by the transfer school and the school registration authorities of both parties.
The transfer-in and transfer-out schools and the school registration departments of both parties shall complete the transfer of student registration within 10 working days respectively.
Fifteenth students after the transfer formalities, the school should transfer the file out of the school, and complete it within 1 month.
Sixteenth students after transfer or further education, transfer to the school should be based on the received student status files for students to continue the file. Seventeenth students in special education schools are transferred to ordinary schools to study in regular classes, or disabled students in regular schools are transferred to special education schools, and their student status can be transferred to new schools or retained in the original schools.
Whether the students who enter the reform school are transferred to the reform school shall be decided by the original school through consultation with the parents or other guardians of the students.
Eighteenth schools directly under the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) and schools directly under the districts shall inform the local county (district) education administrative department in writing every semester.
