Key points of family health care

We sleep in bed for several hours every day. Although everyone's sleep time may be different, the bedroom has the same influence on us. You have been waiting for a long time in this environment. If it is not clean enough, it will probably have a negative impact on our health. Therefore, everyone should clean up the bedroom more.

People spend most of their time indoors, of which at least 1/3 is spent in the bedroom. Therefore, paying attention to bedroom hygiene plays a very important role in promoting health. So, which dormitory hygiene problems should we pay attention to?

First, pay attention to air hygiene.

There are many pollutants in the bedroom. To improve the sanitary quality of bedroom air, we should pay attention to increasing ventilation time. After getting up in the morning, before going to bed at night, open the window for ventilation or use an exhaust fan for ventilation. Natural ventilation for 30 minutes and mechanical ventilation 15 minutes. In air-conditioned families, besides regular ventilation, the filter screen of air conditioner should be cleaned once a week. When cleaning bedroom furniture and sweeping ground garbage, it is advisable to always use a wet rag or mop for "wet cleaning".

Second, don't smoke in the bedroom.

Smoking in the bedroom will seriously pollute the indoor air and threaten human health. Therefore, don't smoke in the bedroom while increasing the ventilation in the bedroom.

Third, pay attention to furniture materials and furnishings.

Another source of bedroom air pollution is the use of synthetic building materials and decorative materials, as well as the choice of wood-like synthetic furniture. Such building materials, decorative materials and furniture contain toxic and harmful chemicals, such as formaldehyde, methanol, phenol, benzene, lead and cadmium, which can cause respiratory irritation, allergic reaction and poisoning.

If such substances are used in the bedroom from floor, wall, ceiling to furniture, it will turn the bedroom into a chemical (plastic) box, and it is terrible for family members to rest and sleep in this box for a long time. In addition, the furnishings of bedroom furniture should be placed along the wall, leaving a large space for activities, which is conducive to lighting and ventilation.

Fourth, clean the bedding regularly.

Bedding is in direct contact with the human body. The skin of the human body secretes sebum and sweats every day. Dandruff and dead epithelial cells fall off from time to time, and the dust in the air keeps falling, which will eventually fall on the bedding. Therefore, the bedding should be cleaned and aired regularly, at least outdoors every week 1 time, and cleaned and replaced every 2-3 weeks 1 time.

Don't just sit on the bed.

I came back from the door with a lot of dust on me. This is not what people usually call dust, it is a mixture of organic matter and inorganic matter, and its composition is very complicated, including dander, hair, pus scab, blood scab, phlegm, feces and other air-dried debris discharged and dropped by human body; There are all kinds of pollen, fluff and other animal and plant components; Smoke and dust from the burning of fuel and cigarettes; There are droplet nuclei formed by human breathing, coughing and sneezing; There is dust generated by the friction between building materials and the ground; Clothes, bedding, paper, etc. have cotton wool on them. Therefore, when you come home from the outside, don't sit on the bed with clothes, let alone sleep on the bed like this, so as to avoid the dust on your body and clothes polluting the bedding and affecting your health.
