(6) When an accident occurs, the accident and illegal operation shall be dealt with seriously according to the principle of "four no-misses". 9. (7) It is forbidden to connect machines with live rotation, and it is forbidden to brake rotating machines with objects. We must strictly check whether the electric door is out of power, and take preventive measures at the school gate if there is no power failure.

(8) Special tools should be used for coal washing, coking and deicing. When coking, it is forbidden to put your body against the tool or push the tool with your hands on your chest to prevent injury. Should stand on the side of decoking mouth, use tools obliquely, and have a guardian.

9) When walking in the passage, pay attention to personal injury caused by external factors such as motor vehicles in the factory.

12, the following key measures should be taken to prevent falling:

(5) During patrol inspection and ice beating in the water tower area in winter, a special person shall be appointed for supervision. The ice beater shall work under protective devices, and irrelevant personnel are prohibited from walking in the water tower area.

(1) Before pressure vessel maintenance measures are taken, the equipment isolation measures should be carefully checked, and the working ticket and operation ticket system should be strictly implemented.

(2) When checking the high-temperature and high-pressure electric door, stand in a position where it is not easy to be leaked by the valve. Gloves must be worn for valves with high working temperature.

(3) slowly open and close the manual steam door and thin gate. If it is a primary or secondary door, open it once before opening it and close it twice before closing it. The warm pipe of steam pipeline must be enough to prevent pipeline vibration. Once it happens, stop the operation immediately and restore the original mode.

(4) Pressure vessel operation: when there is no steam or pressure in the trap door, a working ticket will be issued. Warning signs should be hung on relevant valves, and important valves should be locked.

(5) Safety disclosure shall be made before the work permit, and the isolation measures, operation methods and matters needing attention shall be clearly explained to the maintenance personnel.

(6) Static measures of high pressure and low pressure should be taken. When starting the feed water pump and condensate pump, the working ticket should be recovered and the maintenance personnel should be informed to leave the work site. Only after checking that there is no danger can the operation be resumed. (7) It is forbidden to stay close to soda water, pulverizing system and flue for a long time, as well as the inspection door, manhole door and explosion-proof door of the furnace body.

(8) When flushing the water level gauge, stand on the side of the water level gauge and open the valve slowly and carefully. (9) When observing boiler combustion, you must wear protective glasses. When the boiler fire rises or the combustion is unstable, it is not allowed to stand directly opposite the fire hole, inspection door or burner inspection door hole.

(10) When removing coke and ash from the boiler, the negative pressure in the furnace should be appropriately increased.

(12) When decoking, the staff must wear appropriate work clothes or work clothes, shoes, gloves and necessary safety tools to prevent burns, and set up a guardian at the scene.

(13) Before the ash removal and coking start, the consent of the chief attendant shall be obtained, and there shall be obvious warning signs of "decoking in progress" at the operation place of the chief attendant.

(14) When coking is serious or there are big defects, and a large piece of slag may fall, coking is strictly prohibited.

(15) When the generator discharges hydrogen and discharges pollutants, the speed should be controlled to prevent hydrogen explosion. Pipeline operation of oil system, hydrogen system operation of generator and gas replacement operation must pass the test, and the hot work ticket system shall be implemented.

14, to prevent electric shock should perform the following key measures:

(1) The staff must be trained in the Electric Power Safety Work Regulations (electrical part of power plant) and pass the electrical operation qualification examination. Non-operators are prohibited from operating the equipment.

(2) electrical equipment signs are clear, the front and rear signs correspond accurately, and the grounding device is good.

(3) The lock of each transformer room is easy to use, and the management system of transformer room is strictly implemented to ensure the safety of operating equipment and prevent wrong intervals.

(4) The microcomputer anti-misoperation device of the network-controlled 220KV system must be used in strict accordance with the regulations and shall not be unlocked at will.

(5) In case of power failure of high-voltage equipment, temporary fences should be installed or other safety measures should be taken.

(6) Strictly implement the working ticket and operation ticket system, and must go to the site for inspection at the beginning and end of the work.

(7) When operating, the guardianship is in place, and a second guardian is set for major operations.

(8) When the circuit breaker is stuck or not in place, it is forbidden to forcibly operate or forcibly impact.

(9) It is forbidden to use insulating rods instead of electroscope for electricity inspection.

(10) Use and keep all kinds of safety instruments correctly according to regulations. Test pens and screwdrivers shall be equipped with protective plastic sleeves.

(1 1) Before insulation measurement or grounding wire installation due to power failure, electricity must be checked.

(12) The "Five Prevention Functions of Anti-misoperation Device" of newly invested high-voltage electrical equipment must be used well, otherwise the new equipment may not be put into operation.

(13) Operating equipment and maintenance equipment should have obvious and effective isolation points and isolation measures.

(14) When the electrostatic precipitator is running, it is forbidden to open the manhole door and the high-voltage isolation breaker. The internal operation of electrostatic precipitator must close the grounding knife switch and discharge.

(15) During inspection and operation, keep a safe distance from live equipment.

(16) Wet hands are not allowed to touch light switches and electrical equipment. When changing the field lighting, you must issue a working ticket, first disconnect the power switch and check the electricity. Only when there is no electricity can it be replaced. The dress of replacement personnel must meet the requirements of safety regulations, and gloves and insulated shoes must be worn. And a work guardian should be set up.

(17) If the insulation of the power switch housing and wires is damaged, report the defect immediately and contact maintenance. When checking the temperature of the motor housing and bearing, check with the back of your hand.

(18) All insulating appliances shall comply with the safety work regulations and conduct insulation tests regularly. Should be fixed storage, according to the value of the handover, and establish the corresponding equipment account, formulate the use of regulations. Ensure that the insulation tools are qualified and can be used safely. It is forbidden to use unqualified and expired insulating tools.

(19) When the insulation of the power switch housing and wires is damaged or incomplete, or the live part is exposed, it is not allowed to be used. Please contact the maintenance personnel immediately before use.

15. The following key measures should be taken to prevent chemical operation injuries:

(1) When working in the container, there shall be no less than two staff members, among whom 1 is supervised outside. The guardian should stand where he can see or hear the work of the staff in the container, so as to supervise at any time. The guardian shall not hold other jobs at the same time, and shall not leave the scene and lose custody without authorization. Staff should be ventilated before entering to eliminate harmful gases; Ventilation should also be strengthened at work, but oxygen inhalation is strictly prohibited.

(2) Electric welding or gas welding is not allowed on the rubber-lined surface; Welding and gas welding are not allowed at the same time, and welding is not allowed in a container with wet antirust paint; When gas welding is not carried out, the gas welding tools should be withdrawn from the container to avoid acetylene leakage and explosion.

(3) In the workplace where toxic drugs such as acid and alkali are used, tap water and first-aid drugs should be provided for emergencies; Operators must wear gas masks, anti-acid and alkali clothes, anti-acid and alkali gloves, anti-acid and alkali rain boots, and pants must be placed outside the rain boots to master the first aid knowledge of acid and alkali burns and poisoning; When the leakage of acid, alkali and toxic drugs is found, the outlet valve of the tank should be closed first, washed with clear water, and then contacted for maintenance and inspection to eliminate the leakage; Operators should stand in the upwind position as far as possible. (5) Pay attention to prevent drowning in the water pump room, clarifier and water tower forebay.

(6) When dealing with liquid ammonia leakage accidents, protective measures should be taken at any time, and safety isolation measures should be set up. Non-working personnel are strictly prohibited from entering the leakage area.

16, the following key measures should be taken to prevent lifting injuries:

(1) Lifting operators shall hold relevant certificates, and lifting tools shall pass the inspection within the specified time limit. All kinds of slings and wire ropes and unqualified slings and wire ropes shall not be used. During the operation, the closed space is continuously ventilated to prevent the tank from lack of oxygen. Check regularly. If the situation is abnormal, immediately stop the operation and evacuate the personnel. When coating with volatile solvent, analyze and monitor once every hour, and take reliable ventilation measures.

(3) During the operation, the instruments and tools around the entrance of the confined space shall be cleaned in time. When it is really necessary to transport instruments and tools, it is forbidden to throw them up and down. All operators entering the confined space must wear complete labor protection articles. When working in a space that cannot meet the requirements of cleaning and replacement, you should wear an isolated gas mask or air respirator. In flammable and explosive environment, explosion-proof lamps and tools should be used.

(4) safe voltage with lighting voltage less than or equal to 36V should be used in confined space, and safe voltage with lighting voltage less than or equal to 12V should be used in wet containers and narrow containers. Hand-held electric tools exceeding safe voltage must be equipped with leakage protectors according to regulations. (5) The site shall be equipped with air respirator (oxygen respirator), fire fighting equipment, clear water and other corresponding first aid supplies. Workers entering the confined space must be healthy people without occupational contraindications, and it is strictly forbidden for drunken or sick people to enter the confined space to work.

(6) When working in a confined space, a special person must be appointed for guardianship, and the guardian's duties must be strictly performed, and it is not allowed to leave the site at will. If a worker faints, he can also be rescued at the first time. Climbing in a confined space is a special climbing operation. You must wear a safety belt and hang the safety belt hook in a proper position (be careful not to hang it on the transmission equipment), which meets the requirements of hanging at high places.

(7) When entering the confined space for rescue, the ambulance personnel must do their own protective work, and they can only enter the confined space for rescue on the premise of ensuring their own safety.

(8) It is forbidden to fill the confined space with oxygen or oxygen-enriched air to prevent fire and explosion accidents. When welding is used, the welding tools must be safe, reliable and intact. When using cutting tools, take them out of the tank immediately after use, and do not put them into the tank. Electric welding machine must be equipped with leakage protector, keep the electric welding machine dry and clean, and the power cord and grounding wire meet the use requirements.

(9) When the toxic and harmful substances in the confined space really cannot be treated, they must be approved by the relevant departments and take safe and reliable measures before entering the confined space for operation.

(10). When all kinds of cleaning personnel enter sewage pipes, manholes, sewage pumping stations, sewage pools and other places for operation, the operation unit shall formulate corresponding licensing procedures, safety regulations and emergency plans, clarify the responsibilities of relevant personnel, strengthen on-site monitoring, and detect the changes of toxic and harmful gases in the workplace at any time. At the same time, operators should wear necessary protective equipment.

18. In terms of accident prevention, safety measures, organizational measures and technical measures shall be earnestly implemented, and highly reliable safety tools and protective articles shall be equipped which have passed the inspection by national or provincial or ministerial quality inspection institutions.
