Can community hospitals apply for health certificates?

Community hospitals are not allowed to apply for health certificates.

General health certificates can only be handled in the CDC, and community health stations can only do general physical examinations, and are not qualified to apply for health certificates. Pay the fee at the local CDC, then take blood tests and do it after passing the physical examination.

Health certificate refers to the proof of preventive health examination, which proves that the examinee has the health quality to engage in the prescribed business. Health certificate mainly involves six diseases in five industries, which largely protects the health of employees and clients.

Health certificate refers to the pre-post, pre-post and age-appropriate health examination for personnel engaged in food and drinking water production and management, personnel directly engaged in cosmetics production, personnel who directly serve customers in public places, hazardous workers, radiation workers and school students according to the provisions of national health laws and regulations.

There are two kinds of health certificates: one is general health certificate and the other is food health certificate, which are needed by people in the catering industry.

The significance of the treatment is as follows:

1, health supervision departments regularly carry out special rectification work on health certificates of employees in catering units and public places. Those who work without a license shall be given administrative punishment and ordered to make corrections within a time limit. Law enforcement officers should adhere to the principle of combining education with punishment, serve supervision, and patiently carry out publicity and education on relevant contents of health law;

2. In order to ensure that consumers can exercise their right of supervision, health supervision departments should require personnel engaged in catering, hairdressing, bathing and other service industries to wear health certificates during their work;

3, operators and service personnel should be clear about the importance of certificates, and consciously take the initiative to participate in the annual health examination and health knowledge training.

Article 45 of the Food Safety Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) shall establish and implement the health management system for employees. Persons suffering from diseases that hinder food safety as stipulated by the administrative department of health of the State Council shall not engage in direct contact with imported food. Food production and marketing personnel engaged in direct contact with imported food shall undergo annual health examination and obtain health certificates before taking up their posts.
