4. There are basic diseases/serious diseases.
Patients with serious diseases, heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, cancer, disability and other problems need to go back to the mainland for medical treatment urgently, and need to issue a diagnosis manual.
5. International students who have been quarantined in Hong Kong and stayed for five days or more.
