Emission Standard of COVID-19 in Changchun City in 2022

To meet the discharge standard, COVID-19 patients need to meet four conditions: normal body temperature, obvious improvement of respiratory symptoms, obvious improvement of lung imaging, and negative novel coronavirus nucleic acid test twice in a row.

1, body temperature returned to normal: the body temperature was lower than 37.3℃ for more than 3 consecutive days, which was within the normal range.

2. Respiratory symptoms have been significantly improved: chest tightness, asthma, cough, shortness of breath and other symptoms have been significantly reduced or disappeared.

3. Significant improvement of lung imaging: CT or chest X-ray of lung can indicate significant improvement of acute exudative lesions.

4. Two consecutive COVID-19 nucleic acid tests were negative, or two consecutive COVID-19 nucleic acid tests showed that the Ct values of both N gene and ORF gene were greater than 5. COVID-19 patients can only be discharged if they meet the above conditions. After discharge, family health monitoring should be continued for 7 days, wearing a mask carefully, living in a single room, reducing close contact with family members, eating separately and avoiding going out.
